Durable product

As a professional massage therapist, these are good performing packs made of quality, durable materials. Make sure you follow prep and care instructions and always keep them at proper temps to prevent smelly bacterial growth. Store in freezer when not it use.

Can’t live without this

I use this heat pack every single day. I am an impatient person, so it stinks to wait 20 minutes for it to heat up, but it’s so worth it. I use it for sinus issues, muscle pain, cramps, and just to get warmed up. I have been recommending it to all of my friends.

Not what I was expecting

I was really hoping to love this product, but it was not what I was expecting. You have to soak it in water for a long time before use, and it only stays warm for a couple minutes. It's very stiff and does not sit on the neck very well. I was very disappointed.

Disappointed

Had to put this in a bowl or water in microwave! Might as well just put a washcloth in bowl. I thought it would have had gel in it to go in microwave but who wants this big wet thing on them. Returned. Didn't try.

Old school but works perfectly

I soaked this in boiling water for Half an hour and wrapped it in a towel. It provides moist heat for at least 20 minutes or more. This really works but don’t waste your money on the holder and use a towel.

Worth it!

Even though this is time-consuming, the benefit of moist heat has been crucial to the success of physical therapy on my hand. This pad is exactly the same as what my physical therapist uses at the clinic. I strongly recommend this product.

Online hates EVERYTHING!!

#relief Listen, I see so many horrible reviews. Maybe you'll believe someone that's actually in pain!! These products are the only thing keeping me from bugging drs for pain meds!! It's the only help!! Of course new material will change the water color. There is NO oder in my house and none on the product!! Please don't believe everything you read. These are helping!! Without them I'd be a hot mess!! Ps: it's my third one I bought, because I love them!! They #work!!!!! ????????
