Lump in middle hurts my foot

This insole has a bulged area in the center of the insole. Now that I look at the product photo again closely, I can see it. It's part of the design, but not mentioned as a feature. If it was called out as a feature, I would have bought something else. When sitting, I can feel the bulge, but it's not uncomfortable. When standing or walking, it feels like there's something pressing up into the middle of the tender area of my feet and I can't stand it. Before test driving them, I cut the toe area slightly to fit my shoes, so I can no longer return them. I ended up buying a replacement pair of shoes instead. If you buy these, try standing on them before you cut them. See if that lump is an issue first.
