Downsized
For some reason, local supermarkets, even hardware stores with a housewares section, do not stock freezer paper anymore so I resorted to online ordering. Instead of 18" wide x 75 sq ft, the roll is now 15" wide x 50 sq ft. (sigh)

Bad cutting edge, but I gotta have freezer paper
I'm probably in the minority, but I'm obsessive about wrapping meat in freezer paper before I put it in the freezer. In my experience it prevents any freezer burn and preserves the texture of the food when it's defrosted and cooked, assuming you wrap it fairly carefully. (Plastic side toward the meat, then triangle deli wrap or gift wrap and tape the ends down, either will do, just make sure it's all covered. Then label it.) However, this is one of the worst cutting edges I've ever encountered, ever; especially after using about half the roll it's a struggle, so be prepared for that.

Great
Always use this brand and it was so much easier to order it on line than to shop in a store. It was also less money then I spend in a grocery store

What happened to supermarket supplies?
always use it to freeze/store meat & fish, works great. Used to be able to buy it in local (South Fla) supermarkets, but now they sell "Butchers' Paper" which I found is not good for freezing, so I purchase it on Amazon.

Perfect for craft work, stencilling and fabric painting.
As with almost everyone else I bought this for craft work, and it's absolutely ideal. For the uninitiated, it is as transparent as greaseproof paper, but with a thin plastic layer on one side only. Draw your design on the opposite side, cut it out, then iron the resultant stencil onto a flat t-shirt with a hot iron for about 10-15 seconds. You will then find the paper is completely (but temporarily) ironed on, and you can paint the design on with acrylic paints, safely without going over the lines. Add as many coats as you require, then when dry simply peel the paper off. You can still iron over the stencil to fix each coat of paint without damaging the paper at all. No residue on the fabric whatsoever, since all it does is soften the plastic coating, not melt it. So long as you don't tear the paper, you can re-use the stencil as many times as you want. This is a fantastic product and worth every penny. Oh and you can apparently wrap food for the freezer with it too....

Great for tshirt painting
I ordered this as I have a Cricut Explore cutting machine and have seen a lot of people using this with their Cricuts in America for tshirt stencils. This stuff is amazing! Cut your design, iron it onto your item so it sticks and creates a barrier, use some fabric paint, peal the freezer paper off, wait for your paint to dry, iron it to fix and ta-da your tshirt is done! I used the paper setting on my Cricut Explore to cut this and it worked fine, but did have problems with cutting sharp corners but I think that was due to my Cricut mat not being sticky enough. Even without a Cricut you can get the same results by hand cutting your design.

Great for Patchwork and Applique
The product is great for patchwork and applique. This is the best value on Amazon at the time of writing. Only thing that was disappointing is that one of the tubes of paper was already open on arrival so I have no idea whether it is full or used.
