So happy with this!!

We love this one!! We had our old one that is so awful. It didn’t help fix our problem. My husband worked on this like 3 hours trying to fix it and it didn’t work . Ot was 3 days of wasting time. With this one, it took an hour to fix the problem!! We were really shocked how fast it was. The problem finally was out of our house and we were how many things we found. We are able to use toilets, shower and washing machines finally!! No more issues!! My Husband said he followed steps to install this one. It was so easy for him. Highly recommend!!! PS the shipping is a week so please be patient on this.

Tool Kit was not included in box

Tool Kit was not included in box. I did order the 2" spiral cutter, so I was able to clear the drain. The drum machine was awesome and made easy work in clearing a clogged 3" drain line.

Use it to clear tree roots in our pipe a few times, already paid for itself!

this is NOT automatic

I would give this a 5 star if it came with the automatic lever, but it doesn't and you have to hand feed it. It gets messy and tiring having to pull back and forth vs just having the automatic lever do it even if it takes longer. The attachment cost so much money. Still this did the job, can't complain about that.

It does a great job. reverse osmosis

I recommend anyone seeing this to take 10 minutes to learn how to use it. The reverse switch is not for removing snakes. It is rare for a snake to get stuck. The motor direction is correctly marked on my system. My mounting screws are loose so make sure they are tight. The air switch works fine for me. Let me tell you, if you've ever rented an industrial snake and tried to drag it up the stairs, it's a treat by comparison
