Awesome game and easy to play after first set up
The game looks intimidating when you see the amount of cards, but once they are all separated properly it takes hardly any time at all to set up and out away. Very beginner friendly after the first game, fortunately the guidebook has a good example of what the game plays like. Only reason it's not rated 5*s is because the inner container that holds the cards was cracked and broken in multiple places. I had to tape it together and still worried it will break apart. It's made of an extremely thin plastic

Great value!
Great storage box. Comes with extra cards needed to play with more people. Great value - like getting an expansion set with extra Treasure and Victory cards at more than half off.

Great game and great gift
Great thorough game that offers a different play each time you play it.

Just need to use better packaging for shipments.
The inside plastic card holder was cracked, which is annoying, but everything else was correct. For international shipping, the game was just floating around in a bigger out box. The packaging should probably be a little more secure. As for the game and components, 5 stars.

Incredible game, plastic didn’t hold up during shipping.
This game is truly incredible. So much fun and strategy involved. Imagine Splendor but each card has a set of actions and rules. Anyways, I rated it a 4/5 cause the plastic on the inside that holds all the cards was cracked. You can see the in the pics where it is cracked. The outside is great minus a small crease. The inside, a little messy. I’m not too concerned but it’s a little bit of a bummer after spending a decent amount on the game.

Great Strategy Game with Lots of Replay Ability
Bought this game based on reviews and watching a few videos. When my son and I opened the box it looked overwhelming at how many cards you have and all the different options. But the instructions were easy to follow and we were able to play a game after a quick setup. By the end of the game, we had to play it again and try all the other options they have. We will be buying multiple expansions for this game and look forward to introducing it to our friends!

A Great Way to Get Started for Dominion
I'm new to the board game hobby and heard Dominion is one of the classics, and the originator of the deck-builder genre, so I figured I had to try it out. I ordered this big box because it was only 5$ more than the base game and it came with the expansion Intrigue and extra base cards to allow for 5-6 player play; a great deal! The game is as simple as your ABCs. Every player's turn is just : 1 Action, 1 Buy, then Cleanup. You use treasure to buy new cards from the middle shared supply to add to your deck, and at the end of the game, the winner is whoever has the most victory points in their deck. It sounds (and is) super simple to pick up and play, which was super important to me, because I've had to teach it to many friends / family members. The rules are simple, but figuring out the best strategy? Not so much. I have so much fun playing this game and trying to figure out what is the most effective strategy with the cards on the table. And what's even cooler, is that no game will play the same, because you pick 10 kingdom piles to play with out of the 52 (26 from base game, 26 from intrigue) leading to an ever changing modular experience. I've played Magic the Gathering for years, so I expected to like this game because card games and deckbuilding is something I enjoy, however I didn't expect my girlfriend to enjoy it so much as well! The day after the game arrived we tried playing our first games together and ended up playing for 3 hours straight without even realizing! This game is a ton of fun and a staple of the board gaming hobby. Dominion deserves a spot on everyone's shelf! The only downsides I can think of are : - With constant shuffling, cards may get damaged over time (and if sleeved, cards will no longer fit into their organized places in the box) - The box is big (as said in the title) and fairly heavy. I bring it to my friend's houses but you will need both arms to carry! - And finally, the game isn't anything to look at. The cards themselves have pretty dull art and the art style / art direction is a little dated. Going from Mysterium (a solid game with GORGEOUS ART) to this with my family was a bit of a shock. So if pretty pictures is really important to you for enjoying your board games, take that into consideration. Take a look at some of the card art online and judge for yourself Overall, this game is phenomenal, and its surface simplicity paired with potential depth lends itself to players of all degrees of gaming ability. I 100% recommend, what are you waiting for? Get Dominion! Play games with friends and family!

Well priced, simple to learn, infinitely replay-able. Big Box physically over-big.
One note before reviewing the actual game - I don't know what exactly was behind this - but on first delivery, the game was clearly not new - all the cards were loose on the inside, and the box was damaged. However upon returning that, and receiving a clearly new version of the game, my only criticism is that the "big box" is in a literal big box which is, imo, not the best space use for a game that actually has exclusively cards. Otherwise it is a wonderful game, well priced, simple to learn, and infinitely replayable

Still the best deckbuilder
The original deckbuilder, still the best. The variety in this box alone is outstanding and likely enough for hundreds of plays. Loads of strategy that is different with each play and it's our school night chill game. I'll likely be playing this still when I'm walking with a zimmerframe. But beware, this box is enormous. It needs to be as there are over a thousand cards but don't expect this to fit easily in a Kalax. Does come with a nice internal organiser

Excellent Game
It is very easy to learn but it has a good amount of strategy that changes every game. You never have to play the exact same variant twice. The cards could be organized a little better (all alphabetical) but once you understand the organization (alphabetical per expansion) they are not difficult to find. There are a couple different ways that you can set up the game. You are provided with a set of "selector" cards (note the different colour on the back). These can be shuffled and ten randomly selected to set up the round of the game this helps insure that your game is highly unlikely to be duplicated. The alternative, there are a number of "pre-built" game setups in the instructions that are a recommended starting point for anyone learning to play. Overall we have spent quite a few hours playing this game already and have not even used all the cards yet. Looks like we won't get bored for a while and it's nice to know that we can also buy an additional expansion.

Great deck building game!
This is a great deck building strategy game. Rules are laid out and it is easy to learn. If you have been on the fence about this product in the past, here is a great way to pickup the main game plus one expansion for a good price.

Dominion is a Brilliant, Variable Card Game
Bloody love this game. So versatile and variable. Every game is different. We love playing music (based on what cards people draw) on Spotify whilst we play it. Adds to the fun.

Fun and easy to learn.
The quality of the plastic that holds the cards is really cheap. Doesn't affect game play though.
