Good product, horrible packaging and shipping

Overall it's a good jack as long as you work within its limitations (note there's 2 separate capacity limits based on what height you are using the jack - if you want it on the higher max height then this is perfect). What I consider to be low quality and causing issues is the packaging they ship it in. It's a 100 pound jack shipped in a normal cardboard box. It will be ripped, the product might have some cosmetic defects, but the fact is ups and FedEx just aren't equipped to ship something like this... it should be LTL. If you're OK with some scratched paint and a ripped up box then it's a good buy.

couple of parts was lose

after using it on my truck it was going down losing pressure and finding small grease fitting on the ground had to go threw and tight thing on it after that works ok but i feel for the price you shouldn't have to go threw these things in the first two weeks

Best overall multi use jack I can find

I did alot of searching when I needed to replace my old 25yr old suv jack. That said I have a modern car that sits 4" off the ground and a liffted old 4x4 and this was the only jack that I found that will work with both. As a mechanic I appreciate the multiple grease zerks and replacement parts list that come with this jack. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an all around jack let alone one for lifted vehicles

The jack appears to be working, but I was without a doubt sent a used jack, so advise everyone to check your purchase carefully.

Leak piston jack. wheel missing bearing, frame bent

The media could not be loaded. The road dog jack stop lifting my 1ton 1994 honda civic after 6 month the leak is finally big enough to leak puddle. Wheel drag (missing ball bearing) thought its was just heavy and need lube. Its completely dry on every joint bearing. U will have to take it apart and lube it. So nosy . For the price of more than $310 and u will have to purchase $100 in tool to service lube. U need 2 of every socket. It took 2 week to be ship and in that time is the 30 day time to return it. I had about a little over a week to look at plus 120lbs carry to return this item. Not fun Huge risk. 5 hr job for a professional mechanic. They don't pay u don't do it. After replacement piston is still abnormally loud noisy as prior. A sign it may fail again.
