Gets stuck every time on a step (also does not brush at all, vacuum only....just FYI)
So, its a decent product, in general, but I have a somewhat "step" plateau on one end - this gets stuck every time. No idea that in this day and age, it would not navigate backwards (just reverse, like geez). Suction / power - good Build quality - good Each of cleaning - good Navigation - bad I also seemed to think that the drive wheels were also kind of a brush, but nope, this is just a vacuum. In terms of product developement, like there should be a drive track with a front "brush" that spins at twice the speed....or like a true set of bristles on the bottom so it would maybe be a brush / vacuum more like the pool filter driven ones. I am not sure if my navigation is bad totally, or if a sensor is bad, I'm 50/50 on returning it.....thus far I see no real benefit vs my dorado suction side pool cleaner
