The best kinesiology tape!

I have tried a few brands and Rocktape makes fantastic products. Went to the beach for 8 hours with this tape on in and out of the water and it stuck for 4 days. Easily would have stuck for more but the edges were looking a bit frayed so I removed it. Supported my shoulder during rope climbs and muscle ups. Definitely recommend.

Excellent for sore areas

This tape is great for sore muscles or injuries. It goes on easily, and relief is almost immediate. I use it for sore knees, joints, etc. Can't live without it! I've tried store brands, but there is no comparison between that and the real Rock Tape.

Works great!

Rock tape works great. If you’re applying on your own just remember to round the edges with scissors. Helps with taking it off. I’m currently 7 months pregnant and use it for back pain and sciatica

Properly applied sticks for ever

If you round off both ends of the cut piece, it doesnt peel off on its own and if you apply it and rub it to warm it up it makes it adhere very well

Best you can get!

Best stuff for my poor knees. Tried a couple they had at cvs, they didn't last but a day or two. Has much more support too.

Strong tape

Great tape for activity. The tape is strong and meant to stick though heavy activity, so if you have sensitive skin I would recommend a different brand.
