If space in your crossbow quiver is at a premium, consider a release tip vs. a specialized release bolt for de-cocking your bow at the end of the hunt. “The Nub” Crossbow Arrow Release Tip is small, portable, and will attach to most standard crossbow bolts.

High-Vis Orange Color for easy identification. Durable Machine aluminum design. A Specialized head for crossbow de-cocking. Small & Ultra-Portable. Inserts into standard crossbow bolts to create a safe & effective way to de-cock a crossbow.

Works as Expected…
Real easy to add on to a bolt. Put it on a cheap one to keep in my bag and not my crossbow quiver so it frees up space for actual hunting bolts. Also I do not need to carry a target to decock my bow if I do not end up firing it so less for me to carry.

A nessisity
This is the greatest way to "decock a crossbow. Very convenient and simple. Just make sure you shoot into "soft ground". I bought 2 of these.

Perfect
At first sight I thought this thing is too small to work.....after trying it I was totally wrong this thing is great

Anyone with a crossbow should have one.
Easy to use, works like it should. Does the job. Others that are made for de-cocking. Uses up room in your quiver. If needed. You can easily convert from de-cocking to broadhead, or whatever.

Best one I've found
I've tried a lot of different ways for de-cocking my crossbow, and I finally found 'The One'. This is easily screwed onto any bolt already in your quiver, and it's a small package so it doesn't stop your bolt from fitting perfectly into it's slot. I've fired it from the ground right at my feet and from a treestand with no issues. Penetration is stopped quickly with no damage to the carbon bolts.

actually works
Works as intended. Put this on the end of an old crossbow bolt and fired it into the dirt bank at about 6 feet. Great way to decock crossbow..

Great little product
Used it several times to Decock my Barnett crossbow and it has worked wonderfully on a cheap bolt that I bought to use for decocking purposes considering the ones you can buy specifically for that cost $10 for five and they are singly use only!!
