Magical liquid

This is one of those magical liquids that people tell you to use but you have no way of knowing if it works or if you just flushed twenty dollars down the drain? If you do NOT have to pump out your cesspool then is it due to this magical liquid or did this magical liquid do absolutely nothing? It you DO have to pump out your cesspool then is it due to bad soil, water or cesspool conditions or was it a failure of this magical liquid? Without any data I can not give it 5 stars but I also can not give it 1 star so 3 stars it is. Other magical liquids include those auto engine liquids with 'miracle' in name or magical plant extracts that 'improve' your immune system.

Purchases not always what they seem!

Roebic K-47-Q Cesspool Treatment works well -- usually 4-5 stars well -- however, this order came in a bottle that had already been opened, the fluid inside was not the same smell, color, and consistency of Roebic K-47-Q Cesspool Treatments I have purchased in the past, and the container looked like it had been used for street hockey practice the label was scuffed so badly (even though it was shipped in well-protected packaging). It seemed to me to be an old container plucked out of the garbage, filled with water, and sold as the product on the label! Lesson learned by me!

Excellent product that performs well

This isn't the first time I've used Roebic septic tank and cesspool products. I have used them for more than 30 years and I'm always satisfied with the results.

Fast shipping, convenient ordering, easy to use

I give this product 5 stars based on the shipping, packaging, and ease of use of this product. The efficacy, I cannot review. I mean, it's a cesspool. A pit in the ground where everything that you flush down the drains end up. Where does all the crap go? I don't know. We keep flushing and it keeps disappearing. I add this product once per year with great faith that this mysterious magical elixir continues to make the, ahem, "stuff" vanish into thin air. So far, so good.

I use Roebic products all the time as needed in my septic tank. I highly recommend them. They are well priced and their tech are readily available for advice if called.
