Just what i needed …perfect!!!

You can not imagine how tough it is to find cheese shakers with lids…smh. But this product is the bomb! Stainless steel with a nice cover…luv it! Bought 2…one for my Pecorino Romano and the other for my Parmigiano Reggiano.

RSVP Shaker

I use this shaker for a mix of Kosher salt and Coarse Pepper. Holes are large enough for even distribution of seasoning on meat. Happy I have this for my outdoor grilling.

Loose lid

Great shaker

It does what I wanted to do but it is difficult to open I had to read the reviews to figure out how to open it and if you don’t close it correctly it can be a problem other than that it is a great product

Good size of holes on top. Wish plastic lid fit tighter

I purchased this to use as a shaker for crafting-sprinkling diamond dust. The holes in the lid are a good size. The lid was described as snug fitting. It is not. It slips off easily. ... I would prefer a suggestion fit for crafting use or for kitchen use. Trying to come up with a way to get a snug fit.

The cheese comes out!

I got this for two reasons: 1) I had a stainless one with a similar plastic cap that was terrific for my grated cheese, but it was quite small; and 2) I'd purchased the OXO Good Grips one with the swiveling top -- I liked that you could see how much was left -- but found the cheese extremely hard to shake out, even using the large holes. Reasoning that, since my little stainless one served the purpose very well, the problem might lie with OXO's plastic under-lid insert, I ordered this stainless shaker to test my theory. Voila! - problem solved. The only (very minor) issue I have with this shaker is that the plastic cover doesn't fit too snugly, so you just have to be aware of that when you pick it up. But I don't have to exercise my arm for 20 minutes to put some cheese on my dinner!

Makes a Handy Burger Smasher Too!

I was looking for something metallic and heat resistant to smash slider burgers on a flat top grill. This shaker works great! I wrap the stainless steel shaker in a single layer of aluminum foil before using, put a 2” ball of 85/15 burger on a crazy-hot grill and smash away. The hot flat-top grill or stainless frying pan puts a tasty sear on the burger. Flip and repeat on the other side. Thanks so much!
