Did not disappoint!

Beautiful vibrant rug

The rug is perfect in our entrance foyer, the round shape is just right. The colors are vibrant against the black. The only negative is that without shoes, the rug is not soft. But since guests coming into my home will be wearing shoes, no problem. This is my second Safavieh rug. The previous one still looks like new and it is 6 years old.

Came with stains

Update -- After 8 days of emailing this company, I still have not heard word one. So, while I love the rug, I would be hesitant to order anything from them again, because while my issue is a small one, if I had a rug that had been completely unusable, I would worry they would not respond. I'd rather deal with a company who answers emails and would replace something that came destroyed. ************************************************ First of all, this is a gorgeous round rug that fits the space in our foyer perfectly. This colorful rug is welcoming and gives the feeling you are walking into a tropical paradise. It sets the stage of exactly how we want people to feel when they enter our home. The rug comes rolled up, as all rugs do, and it was sticking up all around the edges when we first placed it on the floor. My husband had the idea to turn it over and see if the curled edges would lay flat sooner. It did the trick, it's almost flat now. The only problem we've encountered is that the rug came complete with stains! And not only in one area, there are several areas of the rug that have them: see pics. I contacted the manufacturer to make sure they are aware of the issue, but I'm not going to go through the effort of returning the rug, since it's on the bottom only. But not happy that it came stained, whether or not it shows.

Perfect & Beautiful

I bought this runner for my bathroom. I put a non slip pad underneath and it’s great! Looks perfect in my tropical theme bathroom. Adds an elegance that I could not find with and other rugs out there.

Nice but Smells

The rug itself is nice looking and well made, but when I removed the protective wrap, wow did it forever smell bad. I left it outside in the sunshine to air out, but even several days of that didn't help. If I brought it into the room where I hoped to use it, it made the entire room stink. So, I ended up using it as a doormat on the screened patio.

Quality but not soft

The rug is made well but very uncomfortable on bare feet. You usually get a rug for comfort from cold but want it comfortable

The pattern of the oval shape doesn't have the Toucan birds as on the photo on the site.

It is a different pattern on the website than the one I ordered. I would have exchanged it for the rectangle one that might have the Toucan bird as I expected. It is to big and bulky to send back. I notified customer service and they were very helpful.
