Perfect trash/recycle can, for pool area!

I bought two of these, for our new pool, and I just received them! I can’t believe how excited I am about a trash/recycle can, but I am! They are going to be perfect! This can was perfect, for me, for three primary reasons: 1) I didn’t want people to have to touch a lid, to put something in the can 2) I didn’t want to have to worry about rain 3) It’s the perfect size We are not smokers, so I plan to put a plant, on top of each can, to cover the ashtray. I will send a photo, when our pool deck is finished. Happy summer, everyone!

Tall Kitchen bags DO work! Making it nearly perfect!

I had asked before ordering if it took tall kitchen garbage bags. Folks said no...I ordered it anyway (thinking I'd just have to get different sized bags for it)... When it arrived today I went ahead and tried tall kitchen - and THEY DO FIT. To clarify, I wasn't as concerned about if the bag goes all the way to the bottom (I think it actually does that too, put I put a brick in there to weight it down anyway). My concern was it fitting around the top and securing... and a tall kitchen bag DOES fit VERY nicely and even snuggly around the top of this 15 gallon model! That makes it nearly perfect! Just FYI on other things I didn't get from other reviews or pictures regarding the 'ash tray': it is 2 pieces (upper and lower)... the bin part is recessed and is attached with screws to the easily removable 'top' plastic assembly - so to empty the bin you have to remove top of the can and dump it (nothing to it, just lifts up, and if you were going to empty into that garbage bag anyway...). And then the upper part you 'see' and use when looking at it fully assembled is attached over the bin part at the corners with Velcro tabs (very sturdily) and has a pyramid type shape to the inner section. So... the only part I am concerned about over time is when you lift the top part of the ash tray off of the bin part of the ash tray assembly (which has to be done to empty the bin), the little screws that hold the bin part look like they might rust if they ever got wet. And to wash the bin (in sink for instance) you'll have to take the whole top to the sink and deal with that bulkiness. Did not warrant reducing the stars for me (no biggie, just fyi). But would be nice if the bin part and top part of the 2-piece ash tray could both be removed from the lid. I suppose I could remove the screws and fasten the bin in a removable way... I'll go to the building we put it at and try to take pictures of what I am talking about (should have done that 2 hours ago before placement).

Good store entry trash can

I bought two of these for a store that I am opening. These are the perfect size for entry trash cans since they are slightly larger than a standard kitchen style trash can and can hold a good amount of trash so it's easy for any employee to empty it than an industrial size that is a pain to empty without needing another trash can to haul it to the dumpster. Highly recommend. The only downside is that it's made of lightweight plastic so it may require some weight in the bottom to avoid being blown over when it's empty. Good value for the money.

We needed a waste basket on entering the building from the garage to the lobby with an ashtray - just in case someone was smoking and this fit the bill. It's attractive and owners were pleased with its look.

Amazing. You won’t find better at this price. Easy to clean and maintain. Use the dimensions listed in the description for bag size. 42 gallon bags are the size I use and they fit great.

Perfect for patio litter!

Exactly what I wanted for our patio. Somewhere for garbage and cigarette butts so people won't litter. Looks nice and not tacky or stupid. Not gross like those big old metal outside ash trays. No assembly, came nicely packaged, just had to slip the top on. Was thinking of weighting it down with a couple rocks under the trash liner, just in case. But the weight seems to be decent enough that just a windy day isn't going to upset it. We get some nasty straightline winds, so don't want it to blow away then.
