Not the best
I bought this for a man who has quadriplegia: its ok but I was looking for one that would work with touch screen as well. This one doesn’t. He cannot stop to change the tip . And it is supposed to extend and stay at the length. It does not, the little screw that you tighten doesn’t grip on anything. Seems kind of cheap

Not what I expected
This is what came in the mail, delivered on time, however box contained only one mouth stick, 2 silicone pads for teeth, and 1 extra tip. Not at all what I expected based on the cost and the picture with 5 mouthsticks. Can seller explain or rectify? I haven't opened package yet, but it looks like quality product, just not as many as I expected.

fell apart
maybe we'd lost a screw ourselves, but in the first adjustment we could never get the screw back in and get it working have tried another brand that seems to be holding together better-- and maybe so are we

Broke
It broke quickly and it was expensive for my mom to purchase another. Her nurses taped it up so she can still get some use out of it.

Bad quality
Too expensive for the quality. First order missing mouthpiece and replacement order delivered broken.

Great Mouthstick
My cousin is a quadriplegic, and this is the only implement holder he feels comfortable using. Since they're more expensive, we only ever buy them as gifts for him. However he says they're worth it! We've tried other mouth sticks, but this is the only telescopic one that still holds its form when in use – all the other ones bend or break at the connection point. Would recommend for those with disabilities.

Poor Quality
2.18.22 - Update - Refund on the 2nd stick is not in full. There is a restocking fee. I am not returning because we no longer need it. We returned it because it was broken and unable to use, just like the first one. So how can I be charged a restocking fee? It can't be restocked. It's broken. Definitely not the same quality as they use to be. 1st stick ordered snapped in half. When we got the replacement the screw mechanism would not stay. In the past these mouthstick use to last "forever". Not anymore. Now I need to find something else for my son to use.
