Wrong parts

I ordered this quite a while ago, and I didn't open it until the return time was over, only to find that the parts didn't fit. Is there any way to still exchange it? I still want the lock.

Solid, after 3 years

We've now had this lock for 3 years. It's performed flawlessly and still looks new. Very convenient for the kids to have their own codes to let themselves in. Battery lasts forever and when it gets low, gives you mean beeping sound when you go in, so you know it's time. Wonderful to leave the house with no key, and to never have to worry about locking yourself out. Great product in concept and execution!
