Good but Expensive

These work very well to protect your carpet from deep denting and the clear color makes them practically invisible. They are however a bit expensive since they are just small plastic pieces made in China.

Exactly as described

these worked perfectly for what I needed. they are probably best for flatweave rugs/carpet--there are other styles better suited to shag, etc. I would not use them on wood. ordered and delivered in less than 24 hours, which was appreciated. I took a star off b/c these are plastic, but that might not be fair-- I'd much prefer glass, but those are difficult to find and costly. I saw that some reviewers complained about the "sharp edges"--um...maybe they used them upside down? yes, the plastic edges are a bit sharp, but the way to use them is to have that side facing up, that lip is useful for tables with casters.

Not carpet friendly!

Perfect casters for the patio

I used these on my patio furniture, white. I wanted something that blended right in and these fit the bill. You can't tell they are there, once you have them under the chair leg, they sit level and i have not see any sign of damage (cracking or splitting).

Did the trick

We have a roomba vacuum cleaner that would not fit under the end tables in our living room. The tables were an elegant shiny silver and we could not figure out how to raise the height without compromising the look of the table. These casters did the trick. We bought enough so that we could glue them end to end to give us the height we needed as well as appear almost invisible. The clear plastic blends in with the silver so that you can barely see them.

It is protecting the rug

Protecting the rug; a little more visible than I would like, but it is holding the rug under chairs very well.

Third set we've purchased. Clear so they go unnoticed.

Couldn't find any at the local hardware store, so I was glad to find some on line. Perfect for our bedroom chair to protect the legs digging too much into our new carpet. I like the fact they are clear, so they go unnoticed. Update: Recently purchased 2 more sets.
