It's nice and yet gives me enough cushion for my elbow bone spur. Pretty rugged as well although I hand wash it. I do tree work every day so it gets abused

This DOES work. I'm using it on my elbow and it's definitely softening my skin and removing dead skin. I spoke to customer service today. they recommend you only wear it 4 to 6 hours a day as your skin also needs time to breathe. the rep told me it should last 3 to 6 months. that's quite a range so I'm going to say 3 months then buy more. so much more convenient than putting cream on my elbows. they are a problem because i'm always at my computer. so i put cream on and then rest my elbows. not good. this way the lubricant stays on the elbow and it's covered so it stays on the whole time. i recommend it highly.
