Great pot
I love having the strainer built into the lid. So convenient and less items to clean. The quality of the pot itself is great so far.

Lid is the best!
This large pot has proven so handy in the months that we’ve used it! I have a large family and the strainer lid is a life-saver. I have to admit that I’ve owned heavier duty pots this large before, but none with the strainer lid. So far this thing is holding up quite well. Keep in mind that this is nonstick still, so don’t use anything harsh on it. If you could use a solid nonstick pot with an included strainer, look no further! Otherwise, I’d you’re looking for an incredibly high quality and solid pot (and don’t care so much about the lid), I do feel there are better options out there for the same value.

Nice cookware!
The cookware is heavy and well made and I am hoping it will last long - will use it for boiling pastas , noodles and rice!

Locking strainer lid is awesome!
This is the perfect sized cooking pot. It’s very sturdy with a well-balanced weight to it. The locking strainer lid is FANTASTIC for cooking and straining pasta without needing to use a colander. Very easy to clean and is dishwasher-safe. I cook a lot and this is a great addition to my kitchen! Highly recommend it.

Replaces colander and pot in one. Excellent nonstick. Easy to handle
This is our new favorite soup and pasta pot. The nonstick is so good I can even cook eggs in it without a problem. I have also left oatmeal in it a little too long without burning or sticking. The best is for Pasta or steaming vegetables though. The lid allows the water out without having to transfer to a colander. The pot is not too heavy for older hands and is sturdy and stays in control while letting water out. I will definitely be trying all-clad for more kinds of pots and pans, as I am very impressed with this.

Great Pot
Has a classy, elegant look to it, right up there with my more expensive cookware. And it's super convenient, just to be able to drain the water without transferring to a strainer, or losing bits of pasta/food, trying to drain it from the pot via holding everything back with a spoon. Or, cracking a lid open to pour it in the sink. Also has measurement markings, which makes things easier, if you're trying to boil a specific amount of water, etc. I Dig It. One itty-bitty concern I have, and too minor to deduct a star, is that the lip that locks it onto the pot is a little on the thin side, in my opinion. I could see that maybe getting bent up a little, over time. Though it probably wouldn't be too hard to bend back into place. As long as you're not slamming it around or trying to force it on or off when it's not lined up properly, it should be okay. I wouldn't mind seeing that lip made a little thicker in an improved version someday. Other than that, it's a great pot. ????

No colander needed
Making potatoes, pasta even if you want to make stock it’s one and done. It’s simple to use, sturdy construction and versatile. I love cooking but I don’t like to dirty a lot of things because then cleanup takes away from spending time with family or friends so this works well. Cleanup is a cinch. This non stick straining pot is awesome and I highly recommend it.
