Will heal severe burns

Pros: They cool the wound and keep it moist, and they do adhere well to the contour of the wound. Use with 3M Medipore tape to protect and secure it to the wound site. I replaced mine daily and tried not to let the wound site completely dry. Healing well (2nd degree burn/ scald from boiling hot coffee) no infection as of 12th day of healing. No other bandages or ointments used. I opened blisters, removed liquid, and dead skin, wash with warm water daily and replaced Hydrogel gauze, etc. Cons: Made in China (Wake up America...).
