Perfect fit.
These wheels were a perfect fit. My office chair wheels had rubber coming off the wheels, so I needed to get new wheels. The wheels came quickly. Easy to install and roll very smooth.

These replacement wheels are perfect for all hard floors! They roll easily and do not leave marks in the flooringl

Good
They were very easy to install, but 2 of the 5 have broken within 6 months. Fingers crossed for the remaining 3!

Meh !
Easy to install and are built sturdy but on low pile carpet it’s a effort to roll the chair while sitting on it. The original wheels worked great on carpet but one wheel broke.

Very inexpensive replacement set of wheels.
One of the office chairs turned up with a broken caster wheel and no one in the office would own up to how the wheel was broken. My boss was pissed because the office chairs are not very old and a few have very little to no use. I took it upon my self and took some measurements and searched for a replacement set of wheels. These do not match the original wheels cosmetically but are the same style and size for a replacement. This came with enough wheels to change out all of the wheels so they would all match and I have saved the other take off wheels incase another chair turns up with a broken wheel. The boss was pleased he didn't have to pay for a whole new chair since the manufacturer will not sell replacement parts.

Not bad, but wear out over time
Bought these in late 2022. Pretty easy to install on my chair, but after a little over a year one broke, and I suspect the others will as well. So they're fine. but not excellent. For reference, my weight while using these was approximately 240 - 245 pounds, and I use the chair a significant amount while working from home.

Not rubber.
The gray layer on the wheels is not rubber, it's just softer plastic. The wheels are not quieter or easier to roll than the standard ones that come with the chair. For similar price you can get ball bearing silicon wheels, that are far superior. I am trully dissapointed with those as I have second chair with ball bearings wheels. Do not buy if you are after better and quieter rolling. Otherwise those are fully functionall as wheels just not worth the price.

Great floor protection.
The casters are well made with a good grade of rubber covering the wheels. They went on snugly and the chair movement across the hardwood floor is smooth. I actually did not find much of a difference in the rolling action compared with the plastic wheels that were on before. The Slipstick wheels are quieter and the actual replacement took less than 2 minutes, maybe I got lucky. I should also point out that I tip the scale in the 250 range and the wheels are handling that without issues. All told a great product. UPDATE Sept 02 2016. They have been on our office chair for 10 months now and they still work perfectly. The hardwood floor is completely scatch-free. Great product. 2019 Update. Still going strong and the hardwood floor still looks like new. Great product.

Very difficult to move around extremely stiff.
I had my office chair for a while now and started to notice blacks marks on the floor. I was advised that i needed rubber office chairs, i was also recommended these as one which would fit and work as mine. However it was a huge dissapointment. - Installation This was super simple, just plug them / push them in. The overall experience was that moving the chair now become very difficult, it was almost like i did not have wheels. However i am happy to advise that there was no longer any marks. Because of this experience and lack of quality i did return them. I bought a different brand which is now by far easier to move around with. Overall: Be aware that you might have challenge to move your chair with your feet. I hope this helps anyone else who might want to buy these ones.

Works well on hard laminate floor
Installation was very quick and easy. These are much better than the hard plastic ones which came with my chair, those tended to roll away too easily on the hard surface and it was annoying to try and maintain position. These wheels are advertised as "rubber" but I think it's more accurate to say they resemble a medium-hard vinyl. They definitely are not soft, but neither are they as brittle as the plastic wheels I replaced. They grip the floor and keep their position which is an improvement, but I think they are starting to "tighten" up just a little and I find I need to push a little harder than I'd like to move the chair. I think I will try a shot of silicone spray to allow for easier rolling. Overall I'd recommend them but aware, as others have commented, these are not "rubber".
