Snailax Cordless Neck Massager with Heat

Had my order replace no USB charger not included. Replacement only included a connection no USB charger. Kept it as I happened to have a spare one and it fit the cord connection. I like it! Being on the computer a lot and reading books my neck muscles are tight so this works just perfectly and just a few uses my stiff neck pain is gone.

Wish the Shiatsu balls were a little softer

This product works as advertised, however the massage is a little harder than I would like. I am not too familiar with Shiatsu massages but for me I prefer a slightly gentler motion which I think would be accomplished with slightly softer Shiatsu Balls within the unit. I can't rest my head on my recliner with this massager because it's too harsh on my neck. If I lean forward and apply a only very light pressure it feels more comfortable.

Great Quality

I ordered this at the beginning of December 2022 and wanted some time to see how good it was before writing my review. I have to say that out of the 8 neck massagers I have purchased in the last 5 years this is the best one yet. I have used it for 3 months and it still operates like new. The different shiatsu settings makes finding one that works best for whatever the issue is. The heat is nice and not too hot or cold. The speed setting is great and can be set to a faster spin for deeper pain or a slower spin for a more relaxing massage. I use mine every night and am very pleased with it. I would definitely recommend it to others.

What a relief!

You cannot imagine all the different types of massage therapy contraptions I have tried, this one is a keeper!! Over a computer all day or just to loosen up your neck muscles, plus heat! I’m impressed!! I’m 5’4 and 120 & my husband is 6’ 200 and works for both of us!

Good massager with weak battery

Device does a good job but the battery needs recharging after 30 minutes use. The controls are ok but the heat control doesn't seem to do anything. The plug for the charging cable is poorly located and makes it difficult to plug in a charging cable. If it were simply turned 90 degrees it would be easier to use.
