Semper Fi

I’m hungover in bed with these on. The linings cut out sloppily. I wake up at 0430 ready to run a PFT. I show up to an empty parking lot, there’s no one around. “I must be early for this mess” I think. So I pop a dip in while I wait. I grow tired, annoyed and frustrated. Adapt and overcome. Reaching for my phone, I decide I’ll just run this PFT and record myself. Then I’ll send gunny a text with my PFT. Echausted, I finish, executed absurdly well it’s one of my best PFTs yet. I throw up everywhere. In that hazy state of motivated exhaustion, I realize I’ve been out of the Corps for 7 years and the “Gunny” I thought I was texting a PFT to in my drunken state, was actually “granny.” She’s very proud of my physical health, but disgusted by my silkies and worried about my mental health.

Just like I had in the Marines

I have always had a soft spot for my "silkies" that were issued in bootcamp. I have tried finding replacements as my original pairs bit the dust. These appear to be as close to the originals as I could hope to find on amazon. I would highly recommend these if you want that soft, smooth texture down below ;)

Best shorts I’ve ever had

(Red) Extremely comfortable. Covers everything perfectly. Fabric is light and breathable but not transparent. Amazing range of motion Non-bunching alternative to boxers. I love them. The wife says she doesn’t like them but is easily aroused every time I wear them.

Fine minimalist shorts if that’s your pref

Longtime runner, and I’ve tried everything, from barefoot running to HIIT to MAF and back. Over the years, I’ve come to know what I like in my gear, and the bare minimum for discretion’s sake works best for me. I perspire profusely when I work out, so in the warmer months, I want to run in only what propriety demands. These shorts are that. No, they aren’t high tech — but they also aren’t three or for times the price like the well-known running brands. And they do the job I need them to do: minimal fabric, inside liner, key pocket. I’ll wear these on runs of an hour or less when I wouldn’t carry a phone. My only criticism is, of course, the lack of a drawstring, but it’s not a dealbreaker. My waist is 29” so I bought the small and they fit perfectly. If you’re looking for a reasonably-priced pair of basic running shorts that are light on fabric and fancy logos, these are for you.

Great shorts for the price

Very comfortable and great fit. I only wear them around the house because I think they are a little revealing for public wear but I love them for lounging.

I'm 5'6" tall, 153 pounds with athletic build. I purchased a size small. Fit me perfect! The material is super soft and fits like just the the picture of the model. The material (thankfully) is not see-thru. I honestly will wear these around the house in place of my boxers--they are that comfy

Decent product and very comfortable to sleep in.

Great for sleeping in and laying around. Not sure I'd wear them out in public are a little short for me, but decent quality and have a great lining for support. 5'11" and weigh 198 lbs. Waist 37. Ordered large and they were a little tight. Exchanged no problem for extra large and fit properly. Suggest ordering up a size from your regular size. L=XL won't be disappointed.

If you want see through shorts these are for you. In low lighting you’re fine but in direct sun, it’s a direct view.

Silky, comfy goodness!

These running shorts are exceptionally comfortable. I'm a 36 waist and the XL fit perfect. Will be buying again. Great exercise or tanning short. Show off a little extra leg, but not so much that they are indecent. :)
