Nice + COMBINATION INSTRUCTIONS
I opted for the “Lincoln” model with no exterior laptop pocket. It makes a great professional/trade looking case. The other versions look a little more like luggage or salesman cases with the laptop pocket. The interior has dividers, but they’re soft—so if you don’t want to use them you can just cram items in and they’ll smoosh up against the sides out of the way. I packed this case with plastic containers holding locksmith equipment and these measurements are about the maximum. Even with stuff crammed in there (see photo) I was still able to slide some papers into the smooshed dividers. The interior dimensions are 16 3/8” long x 7 3/4" wide x 13 3/4” tall. There is no retainer band for piggybacking other luggage—you could just add your own. You can just leave both combinations set to 000 / 000 and just use it like a regular case and not deal with locking or unlocking the combination. It opens and closes by sliding a button on either side. Works fine without setting the combination. It’s pretty light when empty, but very rigid and sturdy with stiff sides. It stands firmly upright when on the ground. It has two wheels on the handle side so you must tilt it to get it rolling. When fully extended the handle is 38” from the ground. One of the flaps has two loops for pens/pencils. It also has a 3.5” x 3.5” three-sided pouch and a 4” x 4” three-sided pouch. You can slide things in there like paper notes or credit card I guess. After a couple days the flaps stay open nicely all by themselves, instead of slowly closing inward and getting in the way. By the way: I got an Amazon Warehouse "used" version for $20 less. It showed up pretty much 100% mint condition. If this is what you want it'll do great as long as the measurements are what you need (there are different versions of this in different sizes) just order the one that matches what you need. COMBINATION LOCK INSTRUCTIONS: The combination lock is set to "000" by default on each side. To choose your combination numbers: 1. Slide button to open the lock. 2. Remove red plastic string tab. 3. While lock is open, slide button toward the dials and HOLD it there. 4. Set the dial numbers to your desired numbers. 5. Release the button. 6. Repeat on other side.

At first it looks great but begins to fall apart after a few uses.
Straight out of the box this seems like a terrific product. It's quite sturdy and professional in appearance. There is stitching on the side panels that appears to add to durability. Unfortunately after only eight occurrences of light use, the stitching has been revealed to be for appearances only. Though the stitching is still intact, the side panel is coming unglued. To be clear, the manufacturers top-stitched the piece *for aesthetics only* and then glued it to the body of the case. For $150, I would spend that money on a better quality item. This is NOT it.

Fair Quality
I just received today. This is a beautiful looking case. The pictures advertised are DECEPTIVE. Not durable. I purchased a rolling craft case made of fabric and PVC framing for $75 so this is disappointing. Consider the negative reviews before buying. I should have. Lightweight, thin material and stitching, both sides, top and bottom are made of cardboard. There is no framework anywhere. These wheels will eventually bow. I placed my laptop with cord, three 3” binders, pens and a couple of files (plenty of room left over) and bottom began to sag. Telescoping pole does not stay up and it doesn’t go all the way down meaning the lid doesn’t lie back completely. This product does not seem like it will withstand daily use. Will send back and upgrade. 3 stars only because it looks nice.

These are fairly cheap rolling cases - on AVERAGE they are a pretty good value for the money.
These are fairly cheap rolling cases - on AVERAGE they are a pretty good value for the money. I had one previously and it lasted a long time. I used it daily and eventually the wheels started sounding like they had lots of beads rolling around in them. I kept using it and eventually dropped the handle while pulling it somewhere. The telescoping handle was bent in the accident (I do not attribute that to the case, though, as the drop was sudden and kind of hard). I then bought this case a couple months ago. I took it on a flight as a checked bag. It arrived at my destination without its handle (see photos). That made things a bit tricky . . . It turns out that the handle is attached by screws to the telescoping arms. Apparently both screws managed to unscrew themselves while being transported by the airline. In light of the cost of the case i do not think it makes much sense to try to find somewhere to buy a new handle and then repair the bag. I now have to decide whether to purchase yet another of these cases or move on to a more expensive case that (hopefully) will last longer. As I write this I am not sure how I will proceed. If I try this roller case a third time I will superglue in the handle's screws as soon as I receive the bag. However, from other reviews, it seems pretty clear that other bags have failed in other ways. So my advice to prospective purchasers is to keep in mind that this is a pretty cheap case. You are getting what you pay for - and that might be sufficient. My first case lasted a long time. My second case lasted until its first ride on an airplane.

This is my companion, y’all.
I have a lot going on with files, documents, paperwork, online learning, you name it. I am one of those folks that take everything except the kitchen sink, because I dread leaving anything I may need or that’s important behind. This bad boy holds it all and it’s lockable! Whenever, I have a lot to take, I pack it up and wheel it right along with me. There are compartments so you can organize things for quick and easy access; pens, laptop, files, credentials, etc. I plan to purchase another in black. Absolutely worth every cent.

Durability & looks
For years I have used these box cases with a vinyl coat Laminated on stiff particle board. The sewn edges came off and the vinyl cracked. They looked crappy in -2-3 months. This nylon is 3 times better. The durability keeps it new looking. One complaint: it's lopsided with paperwork in the front sleeve makes it tip over. Still a 5 star.

We did not get this item so thought we made a mistake and reordered this item.
I hope you can see this is not what I ordered I reordered this and it just hit me to look at this order and sure enough we didn’t make a mistake someone else did. We want to sent this one back and hopefully we get the right one coming in soon.

Terrible case, don't waste the money.
This item supposedly has a 5 year warranty (which does not appear to be useful in Canada), and within a year of using it the wheels were horrible and making embarassingly loud noises in professional settings. Clients made negative comments about how annoying it was. The screws on the handle also began coming out. I barely use it anymore and wasn't even using it often at first. I'm in court only 15-20 times per year.

Screws came loose on handle!
I enjoyed using it for the one day. On the second day of use, I was rushing to catch the train and something felt odd. I stopped to see that the handle had come off the extension part on the left side. I realised the screw had somehow come loose and had dropped in the car park - and I could not stop to look around for it. I spent the rest of the day, rushing to my second hearing, trying to keep the handle in place. Over the course of the day, I managed to wire a paper clip into the hole in the handle where the screw should have been, in order to try and somewhat use the briefcase. The toll of only having one screw hold the handle together meant that the second screw came loose over the course of the day, which I then hand to tighten back in when I reached home. Immediately ordered a refund. I'll be buying up another level and dishing out some extra cash to try and prevent this from happening again. Otherwise, it did the job for the first day.

Total breakdown in less than 5 Months!
This is the worst briefcase I have ever purchased. Within 5 months, one of the wheels eroded away completely and the other is nearly worn away. The attached photos show the extent to which the wheels have worn away. The material is very cheap and not sturdy. I recognize that this is a comparatively inexpensive briefcase and that very often, rolling briefcases last for about 3-5 years. This one fell well short of that timeline and was a complete waste of money. I advise you not to buy this product. You are better off spending more money on a more reputable brand name briefcase.

Great Portable FileCase, Briefcase
Perfect vegan locking portable rolling case for files and paperwork (or anything). Very roomy and attractive. Easy to open and close. Super for those who can't lift heavy items. Wheels are durable as is thentelescopic handle. Very happy with my purchase!
