Very simple to setup
I definitely like this product. This product has been very impressive for my first summer of owning it. I had installed this in my grandmother’s front flower bed hooked up to a set of misters. I really like the turn dial setup because you know exactly what setting your adjusting. The screen is very large and easy to comprehend what is going on. This whole summer with the timer being activated twice a day, every day, and never had to change the batteries once. The manual mode was nice, but that took me a few attempts to completely understand how to set it how I wanted. The timer held up very well to the elements. Never had a leak from either hose attachment. The buttons are easy enough to push even with gloves on. It was very nice when you would go on vacations or long trips, you’d never have to worry about watering your flowers or any plants in your garden. The only thing I realized was to put this on a T off the top so you didn’t have to remove the timer if you ever needed that water spigot for something else. Very good product in my opinion!

cheaper than a sprinkler system
kept my lawn green all summer when i wasn't home. could start watering and not have to go out to turn it off when i was home. it paid for itself in water savings. it could be improved by letting user program on/off times instead of having to use set times.

Use plumber’s tape
Without using the white tape that this came with, it leaked terribly. Once I used the white plumbers tape that came with this timer, it stopped all leaks. It is VERY easy to set up, even without the directions.

Does the job well
I like this product, I got two of them and hooked up sprinklers to water newly planted flowers and trees around my yard. You are able to set a different schedule for each of the “stations” (the two hose attachments) which is nice. There is a rain delay function that you can turn on to delay the cycle 24+ hours if needed. However, you can’t delay less than 24 hours and this function affects both stations. My only real complaint is that I wish there was more flexibility in the intervals of time you can select between waterings. It was a little limited and made it hard for me to select times that would not interfere with coming/going or spray our neighbors. Otherwise, very easy to use and program. If you want to deviate from the schedule you can click “manual” and use the hose as normal for an amount of time you select and then it will automatically go back to the schedule afterwards.

Very confusing
I got this thing hoping I could schedule watering for a weekend away last summer. I'm still trying to figure it out.

One works great, display dead on the other
Found these and thought they would be great for being able to water at night instead of during the day. They were simple to set up and the display is easy to read, when it is there. Of the two of them, one works great, but the display is only about 1/4 there on the other. Yes, I changed out the batteries, no help. I was able to see enough of the number section to reset it and it seems to keep watering on schedule, but should have lasted more that 2 months from purchase date and only about a month and a half of actual use.

Durable!
So I left this outside and it froze solid with water inside. I do not recommend doing this, but this little timer is still going strong despite my abuse.
