The measurement accuracy is + or - 1 degree C from -20 to -50 degrees C and from 70 to 120 degrees C, and + or - 2 degrees C from -20 to 70 and from 120 to 200 degrees C. The 23mL glass bottle probe is attached to the unit by a 1.5m/4.9 ft. stainless steel cable. The unit has a minimum/maximum temperature memory for monitoring consistency of measurements.
