Best Quality Weighted Hula Hoop

After a couple of disappointing weighted hula hoop purchases on Amazon, I decided to roll the dice on this one. I’ve not been disappointed. I could tell right away after opening it that it was of higher quality than the other two I’d previously purchased. Unlike the other two, this one utilizes a metal tube inside. The benefit of this is that as you are using it, the hula hoop remains rigid. The other two, having cheap plastic, will start to wobble, making it extremely difficult to get into any kind of a rhythm (if you can keep them up at all). The foam padding on this is the perfect thickness to be comfortable, yet still feel like a regular hula hoop. The weight of the hoop is on the lighter side, however, it’s easy to increase by adding sand, marbles, or whatever you want inside the tube. It also includes stoppers to put inside the tube to keep any added weights from shifting around too much. All in all, this is extremely well made. Save yourself the time and money of buying multiple cheap/useless ones and go with this. It’s hands down best in class.

It works but kinda a safety hazard

While the product work well, seem to have good design and price point is decent. The product pose a safety concern. The product is made from cheap aluminum tube with super sharp edge. If not careful you could easily cut your hand trying to assemble the product. Also it not that easy to assemble as instructed. Have to get a replacement because all the pieces does not click together properly. Beside that just have to add some beans in the tubing to made it heavier without the beans it is too light.

Fun and Easy to Store!

I was looking for an effective way to exercise at home with minimal equipment and this hula hoop is perfect! The adjustable weight allows me to increase or decrease it depending on my fitness level. Plus, the 8 sections make it easy to assemble and take apart quickly. The weighted nature of the hoop provides extra resistance which helps me burn more calories during a workout session. Not only that but it also helps promote better balance which is great for improving my overall posture. The hoop is well-made with sturdy materials that last through many workouts without any signs of wear or tear. It comes with a convenient carrying bag so I can easily take it with me wherever I go. Plus, the instructions are simple and easy to follow so even beginners can learn how to use it quickly. It’s an affordable way to get in shape while having fun at the same time!

A fun way to exercise

It has been a while since I have used a hula hoop and I had forgotten how much fun it can be. For me, the weight of the hula hoop is perfect to begin with, just heavy enough that I can keep the momentum going easily. The foam padding around the hoop makes it soft and comfortable to use. It is nice to have the option of adding extra weight if I ever want to. The hoop is easy to snap together and take apart. To add extra weight, the hollow tubes are filled and then sealed off with rubber stoppers so that the filling doesn’t shift. Using it requires lots of space so I typically use it outside. There are lots of readily available hula hoop workout videos, which is what I’ve been using for inspiration. I think it’s a nice quality hoop and also a fun workout.

Unique and fun way to exercise

This has been a unique and different way to get exercise at home. I often get bored with the same ole Ho hum exercise so although it’s work and tiring, it’s fun and I get results! It is very easy to assemble, all the pieces just click right into place. You can definitely feel the difference in weight between this and a normal hula hoop.

Really good quality

The media could not be loaded. I like the weight and the material of this hula hoop. I did have a little trouble fitting in the last hoop but other than that I really like it. Also I'm not a pro hula hooper more of a first timer. Doing this as a way to lose weight.

Very strong hoop

Since I have been pleased with this brand in the past I was looking for a new hoop to use for agility training with our dogs- those cheap plastic hoops don't last long, and this one is metal and super strong, I see it holding up for a long time!

Disappointed

Unfortunately, this hula hoop is much too light and I cannot return it because the links are stuck and cannot be removed. Very, very disappointing and useless product.
