Let the Pushups Begin

The S-shaped push-up bar requires far less room than the last one I tried. It's light, compact, simple to set up, and portable enough to fit in my bag. The foam handle provides support and a little resistance. The bar is parallel to the ground, which is easy on the wrists, and it has non-slip bottoms so you can use it on any surface without worrying about it falling out from under you. Pushups don't really appeal to me because of the stress they can place on my body. Utilizing this bar has altered my perspective on the exercise. I am able to engage in the activity that helps me burn calories, enhances my flexibility and posture, and even assists in keeping my shoulders and back safe from injury. This S-shaped bar fits my home workouts perfectly and is both inexpensive and sturdy.

Extra challenge in my workout

These push up bars are a simple tool to add extra challenge to one of my workout staples, the pushup. Pushups are a great way to exercise triceps, pecs, anterior deltoids, the core and quad. With these bars, I increase the range of motion for pushups, working my chest more. I think they are also good for grip training and work the triceps more than standard pushups. If you suffer from wrist pain and have trouble doing pushups because of that, these might help alleviate that by straightening and reducing pressure on the wrist. The soft foam grip also provides more comfort compared to pushups on a hard floor. The foam padding provides the extra benefit of keeping them from slipping around on the floor also. These are a great tool to add to any home gym and don’t take up much space at all.

A less cumbersome Compact design

The S shape, push-up bar takes up far less space than the traditional wider based friend ones. It’s more compact and definitely easier to set up and maneuver. It also was really convenient to throw in my bag when I’m traveling. The foam handle offers comfort, as well as some friction. The bar is parallel to the floor so it is Comfortable on my wrists. These have a nonslip bottoms so that I can even use these on a hard surface without them shifting and sliding underneath me.

Easy to use and effective

I use this push up bar almost every day during my at-home workouts. I use it to train push up variations, handstand variations, ab variations, shoulder variations, etc... I'm amazed at how versatile something so inexpensive, compact and simply designed can be. The best part is that I can take this with me whenever I travel. It’s solid and designed to last.
