It works well on lights in different rooms

I prefer the older remote model, where you had to push down on a button to turn a light on or off. The new remote just requires a tap which I find too easy to turn off a light accidentally.

Will not last

I bought the first one which quit working within a week. The company replaced it which was nice, but the second one only works sporadically now. I would not buy again and I will be looking for other options. Also, design wise, the completely flat faxed remote makes it hard to get the right button in the dark.

Stopped working

While we love the convenience of this light control set, only 4 months in with very light use one of the remotes has stopped working. We have tried replacing the batteries but that did not help. Wish we could get more remotes. Disappointed we will probably have to switch to a different system.

Wow, perfect also as a wall switch

This set is way better than many others I have tried and tested. It's very well engineered and good quality. The receivers have relays that can handle 15A, and the transmitter works with a standard CR2032 3V battery. It works straight out of the box and remembers all its settings when unplugged (also important when using a power strip with switch). The "ON ALL" and "OFF ALL" is perfect to turn on multiple lamps in a room. The remote also fits into a standard outlet plate, so simply stick or mount that to a wall and you have a perfect wall holder next to your door!

Remotes are Worthless

Overall, these outlets are a neat way to light up rooms that don't already have lights with switches - when they work properly. But the remotes are very cheaply made. Trying to use the remote when anywhere but direct line of sight from the outlet rarely works, and the buttons on the remote hardly work in general. I 100% of the time have to press a button several times before the remote responds. I would not purchase this product again.

Purchased these for my elderly parents so they wouldn't have to lean over a table to turn a light on. I needed it for 3 lights 1 and 3 work perfect out #2 will not pair with the remote. I tried impairing and repairing didn't work. Tried another outlet didn't work. Watched a video on YouTube didn't work. Not sure what to do now my parents live 2 hours from me was going to return them but I would have to drive the 2 hours to get them. Don't know what to do... Would have given 5 stars of they all worked.

Remotes both stopped working after 6 months

The product worked fine initially - the remote buttons have no feedback so it's hard to tell if they work. Often I just had to press the button multiple times until it worked. Now 6 months later they just stopped working. Replaced batteries with no luck.

Amazing Addition

Amazing tool.......the Christmas Tree and all the other lights go on instantly without crawling around on the floor etc. Easy to install and the remotes work flawlessly!!!! Such an awesome addition to the decor and...I will use them all year long to easily turn on lighting et al.
