Doesnt produce fog/steam only moist hot air even everything is connected properly. Warranty/support is one of the worst Ive seen.

Only had it a few days and used a couple times but so far so good. I will update if anything changes. But felt the need to add positive feedback to the only other review. The continuously variable steam volume is nice as it ramps up/down for the desired thermostat temp. Unit looks to be of good build quality. I think this is a good choice.

Company doesn't stand behind products

The company warranty is worthless! Two years after install we had a major leak. Apparently the caulk I was required to use failed and the company blamed the installer. Total BS. Horrible company. I strongly advise looking at other more reputable options.

This is really a great unit.

Installed the unit with the chromasense and aromasense units. The operation is straight forward with the connections for an iPod or radio. The steam control works well and holds at the set point with no variation. Recommend this unit.
