The sophisticated surface-mount CON Premium uses natural convection for silent draft-free heat without a fan. The electronic digital control with illuminated display includes a programmable timer with 3 presets, a variable timer for booster heating of up to 120 minutes, open window detection for energy savings, and a child protection mode to lock controls. A self-learning program in timer mode will pre-heat the room so the desired room temperature is achieved at the programmed time not after. Designed and made in Germany, this quiet fan heater quickly warms an area or maintains a comfortable temperature. Easy set up but mount is not 16” OC

It was great out of the box. The only reason for the 3 stars is the significant work I have to do to mount it securely. The mount is not 16” on center so it can’t be secured to studs on both sides.

Love this heater

I replaced a gas heater with this, in our back bathroom. And I'm so glad I got the convection, and not the fan. Silent. And that room is cozy like it's never been before. Pretty too. An old drafty farmhouse - our retirement home - finally updated. Very happy with the product. Got it set at 70 deg during the day, and 68 deg at night - perfect.

Paired with a smart plug, this is the perfect heater. It’s silent, it’s deceiving how much it’s heats. It’s great. Well built. I highly recommended this heater and expect years of great use.

Great heater, especially paired with a smart outlet

I use 2 of these, one in the bathroom and one in the bedroom. Plugged into a smart outlet they are extremely effective at reducing our power consumption. Instead of heating 2200sq ft with the furnace we can heat just the spaces we're using. Some heaters require you to push the power button after you plug it in. This unit, however, uses a built in memory. So whatever it was doing when it was unplugged it will continue once it's plugged in again. So if i leave it in the heating mode, a simple routine in the Alexa App will automate the heat. And if i ever need it outside of the scheduled programming i can just tell Alexa to turn it on it push the button on the switch. It does have it's own built in scheduler so you don't need to be linked to a smart house to get the benefits of heat when you need it and power savings when you don't. Pretty simple to program and reliable service that way. I prefer a more dynamic control of our heat, so we use the smart outlet method. Produces a good amount of heat for smaller rooms. Probably not the best choice for a family room or garage. It's not a fanned heater so it doesn't move the air at all. Aesthetics are good, it's not an eye sore. Easy to install with a couple screws into your studs. It it can just rest itself against the wall and works just fine. The face does get hot, so be wise in your mounting location, it wouldn't be hard for a toddler to burn themselves using it as a support. Dead silent operation is much appreciated, especially at night time. The face has a nice finish, easy to wipe clean. The design and slope of the front makes it stay pretty clean, it doesn't have flat edges where dust will want to collect. Overall we're very happy with these heaters and the build quality. They're made in Germany and that craftsmanship shows. ????
