Excellent quality at an affordable price!
I really like this popcorn maker, it is the perfect height for a standalone popcorn maker. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I feel like the overall width should be a few inches wider giving more room to retrieve popcorn out of the bottom after it had popped. It just feels cramped and I would have liked for it to be a little wider. Other than that, this machine is perfect. Easy to setup and put together and very simple to use.

I purchased this Popcorn cart only to find out that one of the leveling feet on the cart was missing; The cart can tip over if not level, and will obviously not be level if you leave the leveling feet off completely. I needed just 1 leveling foot which was omitted from the box. I was not going to send this big heavy entire unit back, only to wait 3 additional weeks to get a replacement because of 1 small part....If you buy this Popcorn cart from "Superior" or "GreatNorthern", prey that all the parts are there and intact. If you need customer support from "Superior" or "GreatNorthern" you will be out of luck. On the owners manual, it is very vague on who manufactures this machine, As it is probably 1 factory that makes these for multiple brands that put their name on it. There is no phone number or physical mailing address. The only help you get is a website, which directs you to a 3rd party customer support website. If you choose "replacement parts" , you can send an email message of your problem and part needed W/photos attached. You will get a response to disassemble and return the entire popcorn cart from where you purchased it from (amazon), and then order another one. I first was told by the team customer service website that they "do not have or sell parts" ; then I was told that "they do not send out replacements for missing parts, they only sell parts." (so which one is it?)... Kudos to Amazon for their fantastic customer service to help resolve my issue. The quality of this machine is okay, but not great. The machine has tempered glass, not plastic which is very good. the sheet metal for the box and cart are not of the best build quality. If you are handy and able to acquire this popcorn cart at a rock bottom price, then I would say, go for it. Otherwise, do not pay full retail for this machine as you will feel ripped off with the quality and customer service (or lack there of). I have not been able to test the Popcorn cart out , but a follow up will be made for durability and life span for this machine.

Great Popcorn Machine, my whole family love it, my guests enjoyed the fresh hot popcorn !
I rarely review items but I wanted to dispel some of the misconceptions on the item. The pros: The popcorn comes out evenly flavored and fluffy Its a great conversation piece. Very sturdy construction The glass door is better than the plastic kind and will last longer. The wheels are big and give it a nice look. The Cons: It is hard to clean, but then I expected that since its small and has lots of tiny corners The metal edges are sharp and can cut you if you are not careful when cleaning it If you don't pre heat it you will end up with lots of un-popped kernels The glass door is 1/4 inch too short on the top and un-popped kernels sometimes fly out through the slit. The first batch comes out fairly quickly, subsequent ones take a little bit longer. Summary: I "DO" recommended that you buy it, my family love it, they can't get enough popcorn. Clean it with warm water often if you want it to last, overtime it will accumulate gunk if you don't Great piece of machinery, but it could use just a tiny bit more engineering like dulled metal edges. So far I have popped like 20 batches without a major problem.

We had this machine at work and I feel in love with how the popcorn came out and how it tasted. The one thing I noticed at work was that no one would clean it so by the time I would give in and do it it was horrible. But if you wipe it down at least every other use it is so ridiculously easy it’s not funny! I also use an enviro cloth from Norwex and literally you wipe the side once or twice and it is clean. Actually making pop corn is Also easy but the directions don’t really tell you how much to use of what products so it is a little trial and error but once you figure it out it is the best popcorn ever. I love this machine and couldn’t be happier with it.

Assembly directions poorly written
Product works well and we have enjoyed the popcorn. We found the assembly rather cumbersome and the directions lacked some helpful details that would have made assembly less time consuming.
