Good pan

TFal is the best for non-stick pans. I accidentally burned something on this pan and it cleaned up so easily it looks like it never happened. This pan has a heat indicator which is convenient.

Worst pan ever

Tried to cook a steak. Could not get pan clean Used sponge. Scrub pad. Non Teflon safe scrubber Absolutely no way to get stuff off service. Ps I preconditioned pan before use with oil like they recommend

Worst pan ever! Don’t buy

It was non-stick for 2 months and then gradually degraded. I used it once a week, followed the instructions to keep it in a good condition. It deteriorated compared to my other pans that lived for 6 years and still usable.

Grill ridges are useless at half the thickness of a dime.

Ridges are only half as thick as a dime. Fried eggs in mine with no problem. Can't imagine anything except maybe a steak not completely conforming to the contour of the pan at least until it is firmed up from cooking. Fried hamburgers and had very light grill marks if any at all. Just an even browning. And you can forget about the ridges keeping the food away from the released fat - the ridges just aren't high enough. The only good thing is that the coating has excellent initial quality properties. Food releases very well and cleanup of even burned on food is easy. Just don't know how long a tissue paper thick coating will last even with care. Paid $12.00 each for mine plus shipping from another vendor and would send them back if I could.
