Good Game But Not Their Best
I am a huge fan of Supermassive Games and have really enjoyed the Dark Pictures anthology so far. This is not a part of the Dark Pictures anthology, but it does harken back to Until Dawn. It's a really fun teen scream , however, I don't think that it is quite as good as the ones before it. That said if this is your first game from Super Massive Games I think that it will be a great experience. It also has a multiplayer mode which make this really fun for an interactive horror night. I would've given this a solid 5 stars, but there are some strange story points if you don't follow what seems to be the intended path, and I would have preferred it was a little smoother if you make choices that aren't the expected ones.

Ordered what I thought was new, but got a used copy.
Ordered new, got a used copy. I'm not mad really. The disc and case is in near perfect condition. The listing is misleading.

Promising game, but runs out of steam by the end. Still worth it at a discounted price.
First, this is a well crafted experience. Great art direction, soundtrack, setting. Performances are mostly great. Script is cheesy but works. Think of this more like an interactive 3D movie than a game. I enjoyed playing through this with my wife and I both making decisions but by the end it was clear they had run out of energy/time/money/ideas(?) to give it a proper conclusion.

The TRUE successor to Until Dawn!
Supermassive games the creators of Until Dawn are back with an amazing horror rollercoaster of a game! The last 3 years we’ve had 3 new games from this studio and they’re a new series called “The Dark Pictures Anthology” and while some people have enjoyed them they’ve mostly been underwhelming in comparison to Until Dawn which was there first game back in 2015 and notably a bear seller for the PS4. Well here we are 7 years later and we finally have not only a worthy successor but a horror masterpiece! I will also mention that this game is all about story. So I will do my very best not to spoil that aspect in any way. Let’s start with positives. 1. Amazing visuals and sound design 2. A story that grips you from the beginning 3. A great cast of unique characters 4. Replay value for different outcomes Now for my negatives. 1. Not enough gameplay variety 2. The game is mostly spent watching cutscenes than actually participating in actual gameplay 3. Cutscenes cannot be skipped (gets annoying after the third play through) 4. No online multiplayer at launch So to some everything up I loved this game from start to finish and only had a few minor annoying things to mention. If you love horror and a great story I HIGHLY recommend. Not only is this the best game game of 2022 so far. It’s the best horror game of this generation!

Spiritual Successor to Until Dawn
Delivers what you'd expect from the creators of Until Dawn and the Dark Pictures Anthology from QTEs, branching story decisions, and the latest multi-platform friendly version of the "Don't Move" mechanic. Contains a solid cast of likable (though none particularly lovable or hateable) playable characters and a mixed bag of performances from its supporting cast. The game can be played in a variety of modes: including solo, couch co-op, auto-play, and something that amounts to an online mode where one person plays and the rest participate in polls on what that first person should do for critical decisions. As with previous titles, players are encouraged to replay the game to explore the different choices or try to get a better/worse outcome. Luckily the pace of the game largely holds up during replays, but there is one chapter (out of ten) that tends to drag on due to the amount of exposition. Overall this was a fantastic gaming experience, both mechanically and narratively superior to most of the Dark Pictures Anthology and a worthy spiritual successor to the fan favorite, Until Dawn, that put Supermassive Games on the map.

Seller was great, game was Gre-okay.. just okay
Seller did a great job, perfect condition and played very well! Game was alright, it's too clunky but I don't regret playing it at all. Replayability is almost non due to the inability to skip cutscenes.

Boyfriend loves it!
We're both gamers but I'm not a big fan of the cinematic games. However, he loves it. I watched the playthrough from NoahJ456 and it seems like a good game.
