Cooking with Ease

The spatula/turner makes flipping and stirring food easy in my nonstick skillet and cleans up nicely. It is however a bit unwieldy when flipping over smaller size burgers but for that tongs are better to use.

The right size, the right weight, the right one.

I have had the same, well-made spatula (egg flipper) for 50 years. I had looked in stores and online for that brand to replace it as it was beginning to disintegrate but couldn't find one. I wanted one that wasn't a heavy big thing with a thick or very long handle, and that had a shortish flip part to it so it could be used in small frying pans as well as large. I could not find one so I kept using the old one the handle finally broke off (imagine, after only 50 years). I sorted through all the spatulas I could find online to find one that not only had measurements close to mine but had good reviews. I found this Tovolo and I am very happy with it. Phew!
