Designed to be worn in any type of closed toe shoe from casual lace ups and sneakers to slip-on loafers, they are the uncomplicated choice to bring improved comfort to sore feet. Slip your foot onto the velvety soft top-cloth and your feet will thank you. Directions: The insoles are marked near the trim lines with an (L) Left and (R) Right. Start by testing for fit ON TOP of your existing insole. Insert into shoe fabric side up and gel side down. If needed, trim using guide on underside of insole. TIP: Initially trim to one size larger than your shoe size. If the fit is too tight, remove the insole that came with your shoe. In most shoes, the original insoles are removable. Replace every 6 months for optimal comfort and support.
