Base part feels flimsy, otherwise I really enjoy using it to make soymilk.
I have only used this 3 times. It does what it supposes to do: wet grind overnight-soaked beans and/or boil the mixture. I have only made soy milk following the instruction in the small cookbook that came with the machine, and I really like this homemade soymilk. The box came with a small brush for cleaning, which is very helpful. There are many other recipes in the intructions that I haven't tried to make yet. The grinder part is sturdy. It is very loud when the the grinder is working, however this is only in a very short period, like a minute or 2 so it doesn't really bother me. The stainless steel container and its plastic handle feel flimsy though. The plastic handle makes cracking-like noise when I pick it up, like some inner parts are rubbing on each other, and I am afraid that it might crack somewhere at the base soon. (I hope not!)

It works
The good things are : machine produces the milk as expected; it is also easy yo clean. The not so good things are: it makes loud noises ; the user manual doesn’t tell what the machine really is. For an example: when my milk is done, the machine blink red light instead of green light.

Best purchase
UPDATE JANUARY 2023: This little milk maker is still going strong! I use it religiously and it'snever given me problems. I even (accidentally) got the head of the unit wet; it glitched out at first, but I let it dry out and it's been fine ever since. When this unit goes bad, I will absolutely buy another! UPDATE APRIL 2022: I definitely don't regret this purchase! I did have a minor incident where the screen wasn't locked securely in place (my fault) and came off during the grinding process. That action caused the blades to poke a hole through my screen. Since this unit comes with 2 screens (one for nut and one for rice milk) I just started using the rice milk screen to make my nut milk and honestly, I don't see the difference. I still need to buy the extra screen to have on hand, but I believe I have to do this through the manufacturer; extra screens are not sold on Amazon (as of this writing.) This is STILL a wonderful purchase for me. It's sturdy, easy to operate, simple to clean, and will save me hundreds of dollars a year, with an extra bonus of not having to throw away hundreds of wax containers a year. ORIGINAL REVIEW FROM SEPTEMBER 2021: Pros: * Easy to clean. Not sure why some of these reviews talk about it being hard to clean. Very simple, even the filter. * Easy to use. I make oat milk and I use oat groats to do it. Rolled oats made a slimy mess for me. I use 1 cup of oat groats, fill the water to the first fill line inside the carafe, press MILL 6 times (it grinds for a few seconds then stops. I repeat this process 6 times for thicker milk), then add 1 teaspoon of pink salt and 1/2 teaspoon of stevia, and sometimes I'll also add 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Then voila! We have fresh oat milk everyday in 2 minutes. Cons: * one batch makes just a little over a 1/2 gallon. You have to make 2 batches if you go through it quicker, but it's not that much more time or effort to do so. * this may seem silly but the MILK and the MILL button are right next to each other and to make nut milk, you have to use the MILL button. I haven't made anything with the MILK button so not even sure what that does. I only mention this because it was confusing in the vague instructions, and MILK and MILL or similar words with (apparently) two different functions. It would be easy to accidentally press the wrong button. * which leads me to the last con which is poor instructions. The instructions themselves aren't horrible, but there's no recipe or anything inside to use as a guideline. I created my recipe through trial and error. It's a great purchase. Has saved me a ton of money from having to buy oat milk at the store, and I'm no longer throwing out oat milk containers. I've used it every day for 3 months and have not had any issues. Very happy with my choice in nut milk makers.

Makes wonderful soy milk easily
I use the Soyabella to make soy milk. It is easy to use but a little bit tricky to get the cup with the soy beans in it attached to the powerhead. You have to wiggle the blending mechanism to move it down through the soy beans. Then you have to be pretty careful that you have it firmly attached. This is not rocket science and it’s not terribly difficult, but it is why I give this device four stars instead of five stars. On the other hand, it does make really good soy milk and it is so nice to be able to stop buying all those boxes that have to be disposed of and also to be able to drink milk that you know is just soy milk and doesn’t have any additives.

Gamechanger!
The almond juice that this device makes is so much better than anything in the store, and no chemicals! We have tried other nuts and oats, need to work them out. Very handy and worth the money. I rarely drank almond milk before getting this, now I love it!

This makes great soy milk, but is not sturdy
I was making soy milk using my instant pot and a blender before and it never was very good. Now using this it is so much better. I really like the addition of the plastic cup that comes with it that will easily hold the mesh screen. I soak the beans right in The inner cup supported by the outer cup and that’s enough water to cover the beans and allow them to soak to the proper consistency and then I just drain it and make my soy milk. Then when I’m done I just let the mash container sit inside the plastic one while I pour the milk into a colander lined with a dish towel. I add the dregs to the colander and squeeze it all out. I have it down to a good routine. It doesn’t make much at once, which would be bad if I had a family, but it’s great for me. It is a bit of a pain to clean, but that’s a small price for the rest of the convenience. **update** The fine strainer broke, and I have not gotten a response from the manufacturer. It’s only 6 months old, I make Soymilk 2x a week.

It works great
It does the job. It's easy to use. I have it for a couple months now and I use to make almond, cashews, and rice milk. You will need to strain the milk if you want it without any particles. It's not that easy to clean, and the lid is heavy. Overall, it's a great product.

Defective product. No pickup or refund 20days after complaint.
1)Product different from what was shown on Amazon site. So probably an old model. 2) Thus Tribest Soyabella machine did not work at first use. I requested refund on 31Oct. No pickup or refund done to date (20Nov) in spite of multiple reminders. I will not be buying from this seller again.

A Great Product - Just Note The Plug Issue!
The first thing to mention is this product comes with a 3-pin plug and no adaptor to use in the UK. The seller needs to ensure people are aware of this pre- purchase, because there are few things more irritating than the arrival of a new purchase you can't use. I had to drive to Maplin to pick up an appropriate adaptor. The delivery was also slower than expected. That aside, the product is excellent. We've used it to make almond milk, which it does with ease in seconds producing a wonderfully creamy milk packed with nutritional goodness.

Easy to use and good taste
My daughter says the black soy milk made by this machine tastes much better than store-bought one. The only trouble is soy bean paste. I need to develop recipes to use the soy bean paste as we are drinking too fast

Outstanding
It makes many different kinds of vegetable milk and also cooks warm preparations like oat flake. Very easy to use and incredibly rapid. The customer service of the producer is also extremely helpful. I have already recommended the product to friends
