This is the BEST dehydrator

I upgraded about a month ago from my old basic round plastic cheapie that I had for years. But this thing is a beast. I love that it has two heat settings that you can set and it will automatically turn down. It is so easy to use. And I love the light when you open the door. It looks so sleek & professional. I LOVE it and love all the dried citrus wheels and pineapple I am making for cocktails!

I love this machine!

I've had dehydrators for 30 years, but never anything like this It's easy to program, though the instructions are not very good, it dries everything beautifully, makes fantastic jerky, and takes up little space. I wish I'd had this a long time ago! I highly recommend it. I'd buy the metal racks the next time, though, since the plastic ones sag a bit. Not a problem, just looks weird.

Good Dehydrator.

This is a commercial grade dehydrator and works great. My only complaint is that the green indicator light is dim and difficult to see, but not worth returning it for. Easy to program, though the directions are a little vague.

runs long enough and right temperatures

I don't know about you but I really need the two phase setting that lets you choose two temperatures and two time periods that you can set and forget. This dryer also runs up to 40 hrs so it actually gets the job done wether I'm home or not.

Easy to use, easy to clean

A really easy to use dehydrator. You can use it to make black garlic, or even yogurt. Very versatile. All removable parts dishwasher safe.

GREAT UNIT BUT WATCH THAT DOOR!!

Fabulous unit, dries the food quickly, but the door needs a better and stronger design. I would give this a five star if the door hadn't fallen off during shipment. It continued to drop off upon opening of the door, even landed on the floor, fortunately did not break. We fixed it by inserting and gluing a thin piece of metal between the hinge and the glass door. This seems to be the solution as we have not had further problems after that adjustment, thus avoiding a return and shipping fees.
