light weight

Battery doesn't keep charge for long. I start vacuuming house then need to stop to charge battery which takes several hours. I need vacuum with more suction power. This vacuum does not do the work I needed it to.

Okay for the money….not perfect.

For the money…. It does a fit job and the charging stand does make it simple enough to use that even my kids can handle it. The suction power is not great. Hair, lint, dirt, smallllll crumbs are all okay. But anything with any kind of weight just doesn’t even make it up to the canister and falls back out. Also…. The canister release mechanism to empty it is cumbersome and hard to do. My mom has arthritis and can’t handle it. So this is a good stop-gap until we can afford a higher quality brand.

Changing my review - everything falls back out

**Update - what initially started with stuff falling back out after being sucked up now happens every time I vacuum. I've really only used it as a dust buster but I'm really disappointed that this is happening every time now. I was so hopeful that it was just a one time issue as I despise vacuum shopping but sadly, it's not. So far it's been pretty great with a few minor quips. I've primarily used it as a dust buster so far. I have long hair that actually got sucked in through where the clear waste capturing area meets up to the base. The seem was just open enough to pull my hair through. It was really strange and obviously unexpected. I did end up having to cut it out so just use caution - maybe a rubber gasket from the manufacturer would prevent suction from areas not meant to. I had also sucked up some sand/rocks/dirt/small debris and when I powered off the vacuum it came back out the wand nozzle. I vacuumed it a 2nd time with no issues. I'd like the wand nozzle attachment to be a little longer and flat instead of cut at an angle. That said, overall I've been pleased.

29 Volt monster

It goes without saying that the suction power is proportional to the motor power. All battery powered vacuums- robot or not- have 5 or 6 cell (19-22V) batteries, and it limits the power they can supply to the motor. Ultenic came up with a 8 cell (29V) model, and I had to have it. Let me tell you, it outsucks every battery vacuum I've ever seen, including the overpriced Dyson, which I unfortunately own. It is getting close to a corded vacuum level of performance. As expected, the power comes with weight, it is a bit heavier than the Dyson. The stand is great, I hate drilling walls. The trigger is somewhat annoying- there is a slight delay before the vacuum starts. The trigger itself is a toggle, rather than a momentary switch on Dyson. I'm still trying to understand mt feelings on which one is better.

Works both on carpets and hardwood floors amazing!

The media could not be loaded. I got this vacuum to clean my floors and couch. The lightweight design makes it easy to carry around and clean a variety of different surfaces. It takes all the cat hair off my living room sofa and makes it look brand new again! Clean up is simple, by just clicking on button and emptying straight into the trash. Suction is never a problem because the vacuum has multiple settings to switch between. It also comes with attachments and a carrying stand for them. The “hub” that charges the battery is simple and easy to work with. Overall I love this vacuum and would recommend it to anyone.

Worth the money.

Works great on hardwood and good on carpet. Light weight and easy to use. Maybe not the suction power of a Dyson but at half the price well worth it. I have used it only a little over a month, no problems thus far.

easy to assemble and use

I have a combination of new wood floor, old wood floor and carpet and a cat. Have only used it once, but did a good job on all the solid surfaces. Fits under cabinets and furniture.

Don't be fooled!!!

Go with something else! It starts out great then over the span of several months it goes downhill. It started spitting out whatever is vacuumed up, started giving an error then shutting off and now just sits there on it's fancy charging station as an expensive, totally useless decoration. Cleaning it completely spotless down to the filter doesn't help with any of it. Contacted the company but never heard back. I haven't even had it a year yet! A twenty dollar little hand vac on a stick from Walmart is far better at actually vacuuming that this expensive junk.

Amazing vacuum cleaner!

Been using this for over 2 months, and I have to say it is amazing! It is the only vacuum cleaner used in the household as it is just so convenient to pick up and use. We have it in the living room corner as it is just a slim, light and out the way hoover. The suction is great on both carpets and hard floor with the 2 manual speed settings, but also with the Auto setting which does ramp up when used on the rugs or carpet, which are low pile. It is lightweight to pick up and helps to clean in hard to reach areas with the attachments or just by taking the hoover head off, and convenient for pesky spiders, lol. The 3 attachments all work well with 0 issues, and the power provided is amazing for my use. The LED lights on the main head are a treat. The 2-in-1 brush head is great as my old one had 2 different brushes but this just makes it a lot easier. The battery life is ok as i use it in auto mode, and only put it in high power mode in some few situations. The stand is great, holds the vacuum well. The bin is easy to empty by pressing 2 buttons on the side if you want to fully remove it, and then just removing the filter and emptying it out.. OR just by unclipping the bottom of the bin. The LED touch screen is easy to use and good quality. Overall I recommend for a good, easy to use, convenient and light vacuum cleaner for all floors.

No drilling needed.

Got this for my better half to help with keeping house clean. By having 2 hyperactive kids this task can be quite challenging. Came with free sand charging doc, compare to our old one this one no need to be fix to wall. It has its own free stand charger which charges and hold the hoover and it’s small suction parts. On back it has touch screen digital display, where possible to adjust the suction power manually or select auto and it changes suction speed according to the dust and rubbish it collected. On back display it shows how much battery level left and which settings currently selected. Max power 25kPa which is quite strong suction power, ideal for heavy duty cleaning. On max suction suction power very high however it drained battery power as well. So I mainly using it on auto mode and switching max mode when needed , once dealt with task put it back to eco mode so it last me long time. Also came with small brush head attachment which ideal for cleaning steps. Overall modern looking, powerful hoover which has its own free charging port. On upgrade I suggest give more colour options, currently only green colour which my Mrs favourite colour however blue or black also could be better colours.

Super easy and stylish to use

I normally don't bother to write a review, but this vacuume cleaner is amazing with the price. I have a dyson cordless vacuum cleaner but the battery was really bad after 2 years' usage. It was too expensive to buy another Dyson so I tried this one. Cleaness: I have to say there is no difference with the effect of cleaness compare to dyson and the sound is actually smaller. I love the auto mode too, it will auto adjust the power with different surfaces. Battery: the battery is amazing, it's still full after cleaning the entire two bed flat. Hopefully it will continue after 2 years. Light: it has a light on the head which I found super helpful while cleaning. All the dog's hair cant't hide away now. Roller: there are two rollers on the cleaning head which dyson didnt have. This makes cleaning so much easier, it's easy to go back and forth without using your arm muscle.

Cleans really well.

I am very happy with this cordless vacuum cleaner, it's very light, easy to set up and use. The suction motor is quite powerful and does a good job in cleaning the house. I like that this model comes with a stand and is super convenient for storage. It also has a light which is good for dark areas which was handy to have. Overall a very great experience so far :)

Average hoover

Overall not a bad hoover but find it very difficult to clean out and the suction no where near as powerful as the dyson we had, the charge is good and it is easy to use and the lights are good. Just wish the suction was better.
