Not what it seems

In the photo, this appears to be more of a white/platinum color. This is why I chose this piece. It is actually heavy, dark silver (like stainless steel) with faceted glass. It does not sparkle as much as it shines - if that makes sense. I needed sparkle - fiery sparkle like real diamonds or crystals. It was purchased for a wedding gown and instead of playing well with the pearls and crystals on the gown, it sticks out like a gaudy fake. It is not ugly per say - just very costumey and the silver trim and setting far too dark for our purposes. Returning.

Beautiful piece

Beautiful piece, and would have been 4 starts but one of the large main 'gems' was very crooked and not seated in its clasps. I had to pry out and hot glue again to make it seat correctly. But once I did that it was great again.
