only one pole cap set but they are universal

Like others, my package game with only the 1.5 inch pole caps and I have 1 inch poles. I contacted customer service and they were very responsive. Here's what they told me: " I have contacted our product specialist and have confirmed that in 2018 we redesigned our pole caps to a cap that fits both 1" and 1.5" enclosure poles, as opposed to one set specifically for 1" poles and one set for 1.5" poles. This product did used to come with two sets of pole caps prior to the redesign but for the past three/four years we only include one set that will work for both diameters. As discussed on the phone, if your enclosure pole is 1" in diameter the pole cap goes over the top and if your pole is 1.5" in diameter the pole cap goes inside of the pole. I understand that you have some concern that the pole caps have a slight "wiggle" when placed inside of the enclosure pole but our product specialist has assured me that once the net is properly installed and attached to the jumping mat at the bottom using the rope it will tighten and you shouldn't have any issues with the pole caps coming loose." I have it set up as recommended and seems to be working fine so far.

Easy to assemble!

Instructions revealed the net was compatible with our trampoline, to include pole type. Assembled in less than 5 minutes - EZ!

Great replacement net

This replacement net fit our 12 foot diameter trampoline with 6 poles and 1.5" diameter poles. It came with much more equipment like up to 8 poles caps of 1" and 1.5". Additionally came with straps and tie down string for the bottom perimeter. Like this product because I will no longer have to purchase replacement pads for the springs as this sits just inside this diameter and secures with clips and/or string.

Good product but forgot to send the 1" cap pole

Good product but I did not receive 2 types of pole cap like describe. I just received the one that measure 1,5" and it does not fit on my trampoline. I need the 1" pole cap.

Otherwise we are happy.

The netting worked well on our Jumptec trampoline. The caps were too big or too small depending on the two sizes. We had to secure caps w a screw. Otherwise we are happy.
