Great post c section
These were HSA eligible when I bought them which was wonderful. They do fit a little bigger than I thought. They felt comfortable but not compression. I would have preferred a little more structure immediately after but was comfortable and able to get them on easily without the extra compression.

May work for some body types - but not mine
I just had a c section three weeks ago. I did a ton of research and it was between the c panty and the bellefit corset. Ultimately I chose the c panty bc it was cheaper. I first ordered the 1x size bc based on other people's reviews sized myself based on measurements and not dress size. Pre-pregnancy I was a size 14 - 202 lbs and now postpartum 3 weeks I weigh 205 lbs. When I received it and tried it on it was definitely too big - I felt like it was no different than a good pair of my Soma undies. So I thought I got the wrong size and then ordered a L/XL. When I received it and tried it on it fit better but I still didn't feel like it had "medical grade compression." I felt like it better no better or worse than a good pair of spanx. So I returned both sizes and then purchased the bellefit dual closure corset from the bellefit website. I'm sure the c panty works for some people, maybe it depends on body shape and how much of a "shelf" you need to hold in on your lower abdomen. For me it didn't work, but it looked it was made of good quality and durability. I don't know that it could be considered "medical grade compression" bc it seemed the same strength as a pair of spanx. But ultimately if you're on the fence I would still suggest you order this first bc it's cheaper than the bellefit and Amazon prime gets free returns so you don't have anything to lose. The height of the panty (how far up it went on me) was just right. I am 5'1" hourglass - I don't have an especially long torso, I would say I'm probably average for my height and the panty went right up to my bra line so I was able to just barely tuck it under my bra line which was perfect for me. It was very comfortable around my legs. I would say in the smaller size there was a little bulging at the thighs but not too bad.

I got these and they do help lift the skin a little and are comfortable. However
The wife and new Mommy reviewing here! I was a little skeptical of this product since another reviewer called them "glorified Spanx" and while this isn't exactly untrue, I think they offer a little more than the average shapewear. I am very unhappy at the roll of skin/flab that hangs over my C-Section incicsion. Very unhappy. The compression belly belt they gave me at the hospital did help immediately after the surgery, however, it can be uncomfortable to wear and doesn't "lift" the roll of skin. I got these and they do help lift the skin a little and are comfortable. However, you do need to wait at least a few days if not a whole week before wearing these. Because you must sort of "shimmy" into them, it might hurt to get them up right after the surgery. I still wear my compression belt from the hospital but these are nice for under leggings and maternity jeans for a smooth look and support. Two things to improve. I would like to see the Moderate Compression Panel at the center a little tighter to smooth and whittle the waist just a little more. I also wish they had better sizing in a S, M, L and XL instead of the S/M and L/XL only. I would love to have a Medium in this product but I know the S/M size would most likely be a little too tight in the leg openings and would end up cutting in. Please get a wider variety of sizing!!!

small
Feels good on my c section belly! was nervous at first to try but I would recommend!! Only complaint is that they fit small. I had to wait a week before I could use them. Im normally a large so I bought the lg/xl... could not see these fitting someone who is normally an xl

Worth a try. They worked for me.
I got these to help reduce the swelling or "shelf" above my hysterectomy scar. I am very slim so wasn't expecting anything so pronounced. After a month I saw my GP and she said it may never at all. I decided to give these knickers a try and already after 3 days wearing them the swelling is noticeably improved.

... so wearing with leggings or tight jeans leaves really bad VPL. They do give a sense of support ...
They are well made but I feel they cut in around the leg area so wearing with leggings or tight jeans leaves really bad VPL. They do give a sense of support but just not flattering under clothes.

Wouldn’t bother
I found the silicon patch to make my c section scar sweat which obviously isn’t good and didn’t find them to help reduce swelling of belly size. Did however help just to keep things from moving too much so helped to not feel bumps in the road when in the car which I found to be uncomfortable soon after the section.

Disappointing
Really disappointed with this product, it’s pretty much a glorified tummy tucker pant in my opinion. The fabric rolls down at the top making it uncomfortable, the compression I felt didn’t really offer me much support and didn’t notice any benefits of the silicone strip. Felt the product made the whole area feel hot which isn’t good for avoiding infections. Would not buy again due to above factors.
