This Vestil LM-HP4-R Lift-Master hook plate has a rigid lift hook, 4,000 lb. load capacity, and is made of 3/4" hot rolled steel for strength. It is suitable for use with a chain, cable, or rope, and a forklift (sold separately) for lifting loads. This hook plate has two fork pockets with a usable space of 1-3/4 x 6-1/4 inches (H x W) each for attaching to the tines of a forklift. (H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; L is length, the horizontal distance from front to back.) It has a safety belt with a hook for securing the plate to the forklift. This hook plate measures 6 x 24 (L x H) without the lift hook. (L is length, the horizontal distance from front to back.) With the lift hook, it is 13-1/2" high.
