Plug stopped working

I like the concept of the grill attachedachment. I don't like that one of the cords stopped working. I don't like that the pot does not detach from the grill base.

Not what I expected, arrived scratch..

I like the size of this hotpot/grill. But, as soon as my wife realized that you can't separate the grill/pot from the base, she didn't like it. Should have paid attention to that while looking at the pictures. Besides that, the surface area for grilling, out the box, already had a scratch and peeled off, showing the shiny surface underneath. So, did a return. Will look for one that can come off the base for easy cleaning.

Nice looking, compact & useful

I like its combo which is very convenient for traveling as well as @ home. It’s a perfect size for serving a group of 6-8 people. The only draw back is its top which is kinda bunky. The handle is way too big for the pot/grill. I recommend it ????

Glass lid can break in shipping when not boxed right.

Dislike the lid breaking in shipping. But the plate and everything works fine. Heats up very well.

It Works But..

This hotpot came poorly packaged (I could feel the lid shaking around in the box) and weirdly dirty. I’ve never had something come in like that, but it had all these smudges and bits of dirt. Also, the plastic wrap on the bottom part is impossible to get entirely off because the black part is screwed on (I tried unscrewing them but my screwdriver couldn’t fit). I cleaned the whole thing before turning it on and I had to bend the metal connectors for the thermostats to fit, and when I turned it on the plastic stuck on started to burn and smoke (I got as much as I could but it’s near impossible to get all of it. So yes, it works, but it’s also not the quality I was hoping for.

GREAT HOT POT BUT CORD IS TOO SHORT

A FRIEND ORDERED AN IDENTICAL UNIT FROM AMAZON AND GOT A 6' CORD. OURS IS ONLY A COUPLE OF FEET LONG AND NOT LONG ENOUGH TO GO FROM A TABLE TO OUTLET NEXT TO TABLE. OTHERWISE 5 STARS! THEY DON'T DESCRIBE THE CORD LENGTH THAT I COULD FIND AND THEY USE AN UNUSUAL PLUG THAT GOES TO THE HOTPOT THAT HAS A GROOVE IN IT THAT MAKES FINDING A REPLACEMENT DIFFICULT. OPTIONS?

Gets to hot

Purchased this for my husband who works in the oilfield so he could cook more and eat out less. He loves the convenience of taking it with him, but he said that the-controller has some kind of electrical short because the wiring gets extremely hot along with the housing of the controller causing the dial to almost melt. He said he had to take out the plug before it melted. I’ve tried contacting the manufacturer but I can’t find a website. Other than that problem, he said it works great .

Molto deludente scomoda da usare Non molto comoda sia da usare che da riporre.. i manici della pentola per liquidi sono sottoposti a quelli del grill qui di non è facile prendere per le manopole la pentola..inoltre la pentola per liquidi non si sgancia facilmente perché l'alloggiamento della presa elettrica richiede una manovra di sollevamento e incastro per entrare nel foro per la presa .. o somma se si sta cucinando qualcosa con dei liquidi bisogna svuotare la pentola con un colino e non rovesciandola come quando si cola la pasta per intenderci .. molto delusa dall'acquisto

Einfach klasse für Camping

Endlichnhab Ichhab gwfunden das beim Camping funktioniert Topf für Nudelwasser, auf der anderen abgeteilten Seite kann gut eine sosse zubereitet werden…allerdings ist alles die selbe Temperatur….da muss man aufpassen….also bisschen zeitversetzt zubereiten Und die Pfanne hat einen separaten Regler…hier gibts Pfannkuchen….hackfleischkuechle….Steaks…. Kleines Manco die Fettablaufrille…..hier geht auch sosse verloren….Pfanne muss daher etwas schräg gestellt werden….ich wuerd sie immer wieder kaufen….super einfach zu reinigen

Eignetlich waren wir zufrieden mit dem Teil....dann am WE Freunde eingeladen und der Grill Schießt den FI Schalter ab. Billig Produkt aus....
