Broke after less than 20 hours of use

This motor stopped working after owning it for approximately 2 years. It did not see much use. Upon taking the unit apart, the failure appears to have been a dislocated wire just after it enters into the motor housing. Repair does not seem to be feasible, as I had to damage the unit in order to access the half the held the wiring harness. I'm purchasing another unit in order to give it another shot, given the reviews. Hopefully this time I'll receive a better unit, or they have improved wire strain relief.

Powerful enough for a vibrating cleaner

The media could not be loaded. I used this vibrating motor to build a simple vibrating cleaner. It's an HD plastic pail suspended in the air by a couple of springs. Bungees would have worked too. I drilled holes in the bottom of the pail and bolted the motor to the pail. I just used some sand as the abrasive media for the first run and threw in some rusty nuts and bolts. Did a fair job, but only because of the media wasn't very good. Bought some better grade ceramic triangles media and it did a way better job in a very short amount of time (5 minutes), but seemed like it was breaking up the ceramic media too, so I think I need a motor controller to reduce the motor speed a little to be less intense. Bottom line is I'm happy that I have a polishing/cleaning solution that costs less than $50 and is very simple. The only negative is that it is VERY loud with the ceramic media, louder than a gas lawn mower! Also need a lid to keep the dust down.

This vibrating motor does the job!

This little vibrating motor is perfect for the concrete paver molds I have. It comes without a plug so you have to attach one. The cord that comes attached contains wires with a non USA color code BUT a quick search online made it easy for me to connect it to a standard power tool replacement power cord with a dimmer switch for speed control in between. You don’t necessarily need it but if you decide to use one remember to turn the motor on with the switch in the high position first. I used a sharpie to mark the position on the switch plate to remind me. There are videos on YouTube that show how to make a vibrating table with plywood and an old tire like the one I made.

Small item, massive vibrating power!

I like the low power draw- . 68 amps, 90 watts and the large amount of vibrating power output. The vibrator is very well constructed and seems dust and water tight. I am building a heavy minerals concentrator that will operate dry and the powerful vibrations will take the place of water to move and separate them by their heavy specific gravity differences. This will be a very dusty environment, even being operated outdoors and this unit has the looks of a machine that can last a long time even under extreme conditions. I am very happy with this purchase and this exact unit will be my go to machine for prototypes moving forward.

Ich würde tatsächlich gerne 6 Sterne geben! Wir haben sehr unsoziale Nachbarn. Wir haben die eine Seite des Doppelhauses und die die Andere. Leider sind Begriffe wie Nachtruhe oder Sonn-/Feier-Tage Fremdworte für dieses Pack. Nachdem wir nun den Nachbarschaftsaufrüttler delüxe an die gemeinsame Wand im Obergeschoss geschraubt hatten, haben wir diesen mit einer Funkschaltersteckdose verbunden. Wenn man das Ding aktiviert, vibriert das ganze Haus. Binnen einer Woche waren die Menschen, mit mangelndem Anstand, umkonditioniert! Absolute Kaufempfehlung!!!

Nicht wie abgebildet/ beschrieben

Wie der Motor läuft, kann ich nichtbeurteilen. Zwei Motoren erhalten, beide mit vieradrigen Kabel. Damit kann ich nichts anfangen... Kunden-Support antwortet nicht, liefert nur nach, aber gleiches Problem. Einzig positives: schnelle, gut verpackte Lieferung
