Broken/warped within 6 months

I rode these ~40 miles per week, 60% pavement, 40% gravel roads. I'm 6ft, 175lb and am 'light' on my bike and its componenets. Rear snapped a spoke and warped badly within 6 month of riding. I feel these are too lightweight. I ended up purchasing a replacement rear as I felt it would only happen again if I had it repaired. Other issue is that the caps to convert them from skewer to thro axle fall off each time you remove the wheels (they are only held in place by o-ring seals).
