Wish there was less than 1 star.This is my second grill. the first one lasted 6 years. I bought this one 11/08/17. this one isn't working properly. just got of the phone with a nasty customer service rep named Dorthy. She said Amazon only is returnable for 30 days. I have to box it and return to Ct. before they could repair or replace a two month old grill. I will never buy a Waring product for my 35 year restaurant again. Also bought the extended warranty. Canceling my membership and Prime credit card. Sincerely a former customer.
