Perfect size for a day trip

It’s a nice simple, inexpensive bag. I use it to hold a first aid kit and snacks for day trip trail rides. You‘ll definitely need to replace the rawhide strings with latigo strings but otherwise it’s holding up well.

The leather ties broke immediately

This just what I was looking for on day rides. Completely as advertised ergo the 4 stars, but not good enough quality for overnight trips where rain is a possibility. Bottom line, you get what you pay for. Knocked off one star since the leather ties broke instantaneously so I had to fork over 3 bucks at the saddle shop for a sturdy one that will actually secure to the saddle.
