Only buy if you can cut, glue and possibly improvise as needed.

Not a big deal, but you do need to have the ability to cut the tubing and glue the joints. In addition this kit did not work for my Delta 500 tub as the overflow tube supplied was not long enough. I had to furnish a piece of 1 1/2 Ø schedule 40 PVC pipe. If you do not want the hassle of fitting the tubing I heartily recommend purchasing a slip fit product. The tip toe stopper works fine and the strainer basket is well made although my basket wrench would not fit the cross bar. I improvised by sticking the handles of my Channel lock pliers in two opposing slots and gently tightening the basket with a screw driver between the handles to provide torque. Did not want to make another run to Lowes to see if they had a wrench to fit. Not to say that I regret this purchase, but if I could have readily found another overflow in brushed nickel with a tip toe that offered slip fit connections I would have gone another route.

Absolutly no manufacturer support

While the overall quality of the parts is very good, multiple requests for information on where to buy a replacement sealing washer were simply ignored. A self-important display in a giant red, bold font is presented on their site's home page stating that Westbrass does not sell direct. This would be relevant if I was trying to buy something from them. Consequently, since the Tip Toe drain is weeping and slowly drains the tub, I have no way other than attempting measurements and tedious comparisons at big box, auto parts, and hardware stores to try and match the dimensions of the original washer. I cannot recommend this, or other, Westbrass products.
