Good product- like I used at the restaurant!

They help keep the meat products from sticking to the bottom of the pan and soaking up grease as they bake. Good value! Fits in my hotel pans perfectly!

Needs to be a little deeper

Sits on the bottom of the spillage pan. Should have a little more depth so you don't have to keep adding water every 10 minutes or so. Does the job of steaming hot dogs good. I would prefer a perforated pan insert over this product next time.
