Excellent quality and Easy to use and configure how you need to use it.

I used this for a project where a power feed was needed to be dropped on a moving bar and have the cable reel above the drop ceiling. the bar was on an electric hoist that would allow the equipment on it to be serviced and re-filled. (confetti machine). The Reel needed to be configured to mount from directly above and the cable to come down straight out of the reel. It also needed to be un-latching, in other words, I couldn't have the cable stop at the bottom and not move when the motor brought the bar back up. Both changes were easily made and the reel works flawlessly in this - no jerking or stuttering which could have caused a problem with the hoisted equipment. I could not have bought a better product for this project... it was one of the less worrying aspects to this project.
